I'm fused from L3-S1 and I have lost the disk between L3/L2 which really sucks. Neurosurgeon said it's stable so we have prioritized the SI joints, L2/L3 and issues with my neck causing problems with my hands, in that order. Sigh.
At this point, the majority of my pain is at the SI joints so I have a good chance of a positive outcome. I'm a good candidate and my long-time neurosurgeon (all 3 surgeries in '08, '12, '18) thinks it's a piece of cake compared to what I've already been through. :O
I like the Entasis system a lot. The iFuse is a fairly crude system for someone who is petite.
Any experiences, suggestions, advice? I welcome it all! :)

It was explained in an episode of Nova (linked here), but can one of you architects please explain it in simpler terms for a dumb guy? Let's say I wanted to build a scale model, but do it in a similar method to how they actually built up the columns, how would I do it? Thanks.
