I'm working with multiple clients on optimizing sales/lead gen processes.
Most of my clients use Reply.io / Mailshake for cold e-mail outreach, and my experience with those tools is pretty good.
Now I'm wondering if some of you use Active Campaigns, Klaviyo, or other Marketing e-mail platforms? What are your deliverability numbers? What would you say are pluses and minuses?
I am looking for software that can store a lot of data and make graphs from it. What is good for that use?
I am currently making notes about my productivity. What i have done, in what time scale, when, and then i am looking back to those, and analyzing those numbers. I want to do this for many more things, like for website or game engagements in future.
What do you use?
Ideally looking for freeware or budget friendly.

My boss is pushing the idea that overall Email Marketing engagement (Open Rates, Click Through) rates are declining because consumers are shifting more toward social shopping. While anecdotally that may be true, are there any reliable studies done by reputable firms or agencies that can prove this point?
Whenever I do searches everything that comes up shows platforms and agencies still driving the power and effectiveness of email marketing.
Wondering if anyone has something interesting to share that can either prove or definitively disprove this argument.

Content Leader: Responsible for creating, improving and maintaining content within our organization and animal rights projects. You will inherit a team of existing volunteer writers to manage, and be responsible from assigning tasks and reviewing content to hiring and firing. Ensure the quality of the content and review content by your team regularly.
Community Engagement: Responsible for keeping our inner community engaged and healthy! Create organization (online) events, host community calls, games, competitions. Make sure everyone is fulfilling the role they enjoy, are comfortable, that everyone's needs are met. Ensure that everyone's voice is heard, complaints recognized, etc.!
Marketing Director: Responsible for developing marketing strategies and campaigns for our projects or services. Analyze data such as traffic or trends to improve our outreach and accessibility. We're a Dutch non-profit and we're largely all volunteer based! We're looking for volunteers that have extra time to help us fulfill these roles. The Vegan Hacktivists is comprised all of vegans and operates as a strong passionate community volunteering our time and activism towards animal liberation.
