A list of puns related to "Dictum"
Je pense que les formes du présent suffissent pour construire les formes régulières, mais par fois il faut aussi apprendre par coeur la racine du subjonctif.
I've felt like there's a substantial lack of music that delves into the idea of self-betterment in the mainstream. I've noticed a lot of music encouraging destructive behaviors, especially in Hip-Hop and other popular genres. With that premise in mind, I decided to create a few songs based on improving yourself and the impediments of getting there. A lot of the songs have to do with obtaining meaning and putting down destructive habits. Listening to Dr. Petersonβs lectures helped me immensely to formulate these songs. Addiction, delayed gratification, gratitude, and finding the right friends are all themes I've chosen to explore. Here's a link to it if people are interested in checking it out.

I do not know if there is any software that does this for Windows 10.
I am asking for a tool that lets me create a shortcut for typing some texts. An example is in the title wherein if I typed "\lipsum", it will automatically result to the long Lorem Ipsum text.
I would like to do this specially for some latex formula that i would like to easily type.
For example, I typed:
It will result to:
pellentesque dignissim. Integer eget aliquet nibh praesent.
In ante metus dictum at tempor. Pharetra convallis posuere morbi leo. Pellentesque habitant morbi tristique senectus et.
In the (highly underrated) TNG episode βRightful Heirβ, the high priest of the monastery on Borath and Worf recount the story of the Christ figure of the Klingon religion, Kahless. Before leaving them, Kahless pointed to a star and said he would return somewhere around there. Was finding Kahless the original motivation for developing (or otherwise seeking out) warp technology?
I am so impressed. I think they may have just won me over. The attention to detail and effort put into this Obiter Dictum and black box as a whole is really something IMO.
Why don't judge's written judgments always comprise the headings "Ratio Decidendi" and "Obiter Dictum", just like how the headings "Material Facts" and "Issues" are always used to separate the Facts v. Issues?
This view appertains to each judge deciding a case. So if a case comprises 5 justices, there can be a total of 5 "Ratio Decidendi" and 5 "Obiter Dictum" headings that appear.
Obviously "Ratio Decidendi" will never be empty. "Obiter Dictum" can be empty if a judge has no obiter to "dictate", but always printing this heading will assist all readers to definitively distinguish what is ratio and obiter, and to forestall the following bafflements.
Glanville Williams: Learning the Law (2016 16 edn). p 110.
>It is a mistake to suppose that every case has one and only one fixed and incontrovertible ratio decidendi. What exactly is the ratio decidendi of a case is often a matter for much argument. Also, the pick-lock art of distinguish depends upon a critical examination of all the facts of the case that might by any possibility be regarded as material.

>## 7.8.2 Multiple and Inconclusive Rationes
>It will not now come as a surprise that a case can be said to have different rationes in that there may be different interpretations of what is the proposition of law for which the case stands as authority. Equally, you need to be aware that: (i) even βcrystal-clearβ judgments occasionally contain more than one ratio; and (ii) that in some cases no one can find the ratio.
>### Different formulations of a ratio
>At section 7.3 we noted that a judge may reformulate the ratio by using different words later in his judgment. Th at certainly adds confusion but in many ways it is part of a normal thought process. Here, we have in mind a slightly different positionβwhere a judge says: βI find for X for the following reasons . . . I would also say that there is another (unconnected) reason for which I find for X.β Which is the ratio? This occurred in the Court of Appeal case of *Tur
