Odd question, sorry if it's not appropriate for this forum.
I'm a 22-year-old female who is 5'10" and 155 pounds.
Back in early January, I had an upper endoscopy and colonoscopy preformed for unexplained weight loss and to rule out Celiac disease. It came back normal aside from some GERD.
Anyways, I received a report from the procedure (tools used, estimated blood loss, how it was tolerated, etc). I just like to see them for my own curiosity.
I noticed that it said that a pedi colonoscope was used during my procedure (size #10 I think...)
I know this is a silly question, I'm truly just curious. Obviously I'm not a super petite female nor have I had a hysterectomy. Is this routine?

Edit: if it makes any difference, I was actually 21 at the time of my procedure (like 3 days shy of my birthday...)
What is a colonoscope? A colonoscope is a flexible instrument approximately 1.5 m in length and 1-2cm diameter with a camera and light on one end. It is passed via the anus into the rectum and is then maneuvered through the remainder of the large bowel.
On Weds I’m having one done. What should me and my lil ileo buddy “lu” expect? I’m dreading it, they gave me a super big jug to chug of “super runs”. Will my bag hold? Will I have leaks galore? Skin irritation. My anxiety is everywhere so I’m looking for people that actually gone through it... other then a nurse or doc telling me it’s going to be fine. If you’re wondering why the procedure it’s prep for my reversal.
I don't want to step on anybody's toes here, but the amount of non-dad jokes here in this subreddit really annoys me. First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.
Again, to all the fellow dads, I apologise if I'm sounding too harsh. But I just needed to get it off my chest.
If not, is it possible or ever done?
