A list of puns related to "Choleric"
I am an emphatic person and I understand WHY they are pissed. What i do not understand is their reaction. You cant just throw a temper tantrum like a 4 year old because something is not going the way you want.
So the core book says the resonance bonus applies to dice pools that
Lethal Body, Prowess, and Fist of Caine directly benefit your attacks, but not by adding dice.
Soaring Leap, Brutal Feed, Uncanny Grip, and Earthshock involve no die rolls other than Rouse Checks.
So: Is it true that of all the Potence powers in the core book only one amalgam power benefits from having Choleric resonance? And if so, is that weird or disappointing to you? And do you recommend any particular house rule for a group that otherwise likes the idea of mortals having various blood resonances that help in different situations and would like the Potence-heavy characters to be able to get in on that?
(I haven't gone through every Celerity power but I suspect there's a similar problem there, which makes me feel pretty bad for Choleric resonance in the rules as written.)
I seen these terms used in relation to mbti stuff Iβve seen on social media but I literally have no idea what what it is haha. So if anyone can help explain what the terms are/mean itβll be really helpful! Thanks
Yeah, I actually posted a Sun Tzu quote and not a meme. Why not?
"C" WAS BY FAR THE HARDEST LETTER THIS YEAR. ALSO, USUALLY BY NOW THE HYPE TRAIN DERAILS AND IT LOOKS LIKE THIS WILL BE THE FIRST FULL SEASON OF THE HYPE TRAIN IN A LOOOOONG TIME.
AND WELCOME TO THE BIG CLUB, TYCE THOMPSON!
GM and I met at a university trip and instantly clicked, the type of thing were you happen to meet a stranger and find yourself staying up talking to them all night. We also started a small group on that trip that was a lot of fun (and should have introduced him to our play style). After that we became good friends as he fit my group of friends pretty well. Unfortunately he started having feelings for me. I was in a very toxic relationship at that point and he was convinced that he was better for me than my ex. To convince me he put a lot of pressure on me, threatening to leave the group, which would ruin the fun for the others and talking about how it would be my fault if they didn't have a DM no more. Might sound stupid but we really enjoyed playing and I didn't have any self-esteem at that point so I couldn't imagine others not being mad at me if I rejected him and broke the game. I know now how stupid that was but that was a while back. At some point though he got really drunk and threatened to throw himself in front of a train if I didn't agree to be his girlfriend and that's when I blocked him. (Telling a friend to check on him though because damn that was scary) Fortunately he didn't end up doing it and instead just kicked me out of the group. I was relieved that the others still could play but... Turns out my friends mostly put up with him because I liked him and weren't actually sad to see him go. I took over as dm.

To this day I'm not entirely sure who was the horror in this Story - us players or the dm. Fact is that we all weren't very experienced and didn't discuss enough when doing session zero, especially not what we wanted from the campaign. When it came to character creation he was very liberal and allowed basically anything. We were a very chaotic group, not murder hobos but also not very eagerly progressing the story and instead more interested in exploring the world. It still went well in the beginning and we had a lot of fun - untill the dm suddenly snapped at us and TPKed by letting the BBEG appear out of nowhere and turn our characters to stone. End of campaign, dm storms off. My problem here is... I get that he was annoyed. I took over DMing the group later and while I enjoyed rolling with their stupidity and coming up with weird plots it can be frustrating when the players ignore your attempts at storytelling. What I don't get is why he never even gave a hint that he was annoyed, even laughed along with us and the without a warning just killed us off. He apologized later and we wanted to play again but he left the group for different reasons before we could do so. It's not as bad a story as many on here but as it was one of my first campaigns it definitely left an impression.
I am curious to know what will people say about me based on that ^.
I readed about all of this but separatly and I want to know How they are together, how they interact.
Have you found any solution on how to never let loose of it ?
I know itβs not especially related to mbti but Iβd like entp opinions on it so
I've recently learned about temperaments and that made me realize that as a person with Sanguine temperament I might not be that natural born leader I thought I might be. I didn't really have much chance to gain much experience with it, but from what I know is this Sanguine style of leadership is mostly moral guidance, telling people what to do in order to grow as a person, teaching them concepts and ideas, creating a vision for the project/relationship, making them energized and excited.
So I wonder if someone here with more experience can tell me how well does such a Sanguine leadership work in a business/corporate setting? How does it compare to a (good) Choleric leadership?
