A list of puns related to "Card Verification Value Code"
I need to make a low value online (below $100) transaction where paying directly in BTC is not an option and only credit/debit/etc. cards are accepted. So I want to be able to fund a virtual card with BTC to do this. I'm okay with low limits as I don't intend to use it for general purchasing, but I don't want to have to verify a phone number, my name, address, driver's license or anything else. For such a transaction, what would be my best options?
I know on eGifter they sell Vanilla Visa gift cards that would meet my needs. But I'm not sure what the "activation" requirements for them are and I'm reluctant to buy one before knowing (as eGifter is vague, saying only that you can only redeem them if you're in the US (which I am) but not how you'll be expected to prove that). Anybody know?
I've been really liking Simplifi since I switched over from Mint!
One thing that does get on my nerves is that each time I log in to Simplifi, I need to request and enter a "one time verification code" to sync my Kohl's credit card.
Has anyone found a way to fix that? It was the one thing support couldn't help me with :(
The body of the listing was Steam's EULA copy and pasted. And at the very bottom of all those paragraphs he snuck in the detail about the card having no value at all. eBay sides with the seller because they don't offer protection on intangible goods.
I'm now fighting the seller through PayPal, but when I spoke to one of their dispute people over the phone she said they will probably side with the seller because it did say the code had no value even if it was intentionally buried.
You guys have any tips for me?
When trying to set up direct deposit, I receive no text message or email. I have confirmed with customer support that the phone number on my account is correct but they have been of no help. has anyone had this issue and how did you fix it?
I've been doing well but I've ultimately been wasting money because I cant cash out.
About 240 Doge as of writing...
Hi, I applied for a Visa card a few weeks ago, I added about $700USD to get a Ruby card, I have my "CRO Purchase" checked as complete, and "Name on card" complete, just "Address verification" has been pending this whole time.
I assumed when I started the application it would lock in my funds, but the CRO is still available in my wallet.
Once I'm verified, will my staking use the original value I signed up at, or the new value? If the second I'm likely going to need to buy extra CRO at this point. While I understand the waiting periods and I'm okay with that, it's will be quite frustrating if my value wasn't locked in when I started and I need to buy more.
gotta copy of OOTP baseball 2020 going for 50% off!!! and thatβs 50 percent off the summer sale price, so really this thing is worth more than 20 but whatever!!! someone want this?
friendly reminder go generate... *
worst luck ever:
bought a new 64gb MC (never been excited to buy a new memory card in my life! thanks Sony for making me experience this amazing feeling)
while backing up my old memory card it corrupted before it was finished backing up. thanks life
in an attempt to fix it I restored my Vita's system which signed me out of my psn account.
last time I had to sign in was a billion year ago, been signed in ever since!
meanwhile I changed my phone number a couple of times. I was never asked to generate the 10 back up codes when I first activated my 2 step verification so I didn't even know they existed until I researched my problem two days ago!!
tldr
lost hundreds of hours of play time (except for crosssave games -> free save cloud baby!)
I'm now locked out of my psn account with nothing to play on my newly purchased 64gbmc. thanks life
moral of the story
go generate your 10 back up codes if you have 2SV activated.
don't be cocky if you never encountered a problem with your VMC and go back up your data before life decides its time to take your precious VMC's virginity.
I was trying to buy my girlfriend ps plus but i bought it for the wrong region and amazon wont let me refund it so i just wanna get something for my 65 dollars
I've been using LastPass for a few years now, and it's been great for me, no problems. However, I have just received a string of 4 separate verification codes via SMS on my phone. Each SMS reads:
"Your LastPass verification code: ******"
They are coming from a US phone number, (703) 810-7041. I did a lookup on that number and it seems to belong to "Last Pass", with a space.
Should I be worried? I have 2FA and a strong master password set up on my LastPass... Anything I should do to take extra precautions?
