A list of puns related to "Blessed Salt"
All the time on Reddit and Facebook I see people posting about trying to find electrolyte drinks that are cheaper than LIV/LMNT/etc. The comments often recommend various homemade recipes (which I highly support and use myself) that specify Pink Himalayan Salt, Sea Salt, Celtic Salt, Redmondβs Salt, etc. If money is a concern, these βformsβ of salt are often much more expensive than the store brand salt in a giant bottle.
Salt is salt. Sure, some salt has trace minerals levels. Those levels arenβt high enough to make a difference, even when you consume salt at the volume many POTS patients do. My good old Kroger brand Iodized Salt is just as effective as Redmondβs βReal Salt.β (Side note: Redmondβs rails on iodized salt for containing glucose. The amounts of glucose are not large enough to effect your diet in any way, theyβre only present to stabilize the iodine, which is a necessary nutrient.)
Now, Iβm not saying you shouldnβt use one of these βfancier,β more expensive types of salt if thatβs what you like and what works for you. If youβve been using pink salt for four years and think it gives you the best results, all the power to you. What I am saying, is donβt feel like you have to use more expensive options when they arenβt affordable to you, and reconsider before specifying what type of salt you recommend to someone, whether or not theyβve disclosed financial concerns.
Baby witch here! Hi!
So, I was told that I can grind up rosemary and basil and add them to white salt and it makes "blessed salt". They said this blessed salt can be used in anything from good luck and abundance spells to healing and releasing spells.
To the experienced witches out there, how true is this?
But I'm a little worried about my opinions on housewives, they always end up being a bit... problematic.
LeeAnne, Kelly Dodd, JEN SHAH, Kenya, Ashley Darby... I like a brunette housewife with a short temper and a smart mouth...
Anyone else have embarrassing taste in favorites?
I've got a large bowl of salt I blessed a while back that I've finally been able to put to good use. Someone gifted me a crystal skull today (and I'm obsessed with it omg) and I've had it sitting in my salt for a good cleansing.
Afterwards, is the salt still ok to keep and reuse? Does it need to be blessed again?
