Does anyone know how to remove parasites from a biosphere?

I was designing a bioworld with evolutionary methods but I got tired and took a nap about halfway through and forgot to pause the local space sector. Anyways a bunch of parasitic organisms have propagated throughout my carefully coordinated biosphere (I don't even know where they came from, nothing should have evolved in that direction with my earlier adjustments) and I was wondering if there were any solutions for removing them all or if I was gonna have to restart from the beginning.

I just found out today, *this is NOT an April Fool's Joke.* Nelson Aggregate wants to blast an additional 124 acres into two open-pit limestone mines on Mt. Nemo in Burlington's UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve on the Niagara Escarpment. We have until April 26th to write our oppositions.

I was scrolling through Facebook when a really shady page called People for Parks Burlington caught my attention. At first glance it looks nice but going in the comments on some of their recent posts you'll see people calling out the page:

> This is so self serving, pretending to do the city of Burlington a favour in giving them a park which is something they have promised for a long time already at the cost of 124 acres of escarpment land they plan to blast..please donโ€™t fall for this!

> We already have a park- itโ€™s called the Niagara Escarpment!! Empty promises. Restore the 500 acre hole you already blasted over the past 70 years! No more destruction of farmland, forest & waterways.

> People for the Parks Burlington are lying. They are just a front for a strip mining company trying to gut the escarpment further. Don't let them.

Scrolling through the comments, I found a link someone shared to a website called CORE Burlington, Here's what it is:

> We are a non-profit organization of volunteers opposed to an application from Nelson Aggregate to blast an additional 124 acres into two open-pit limestone mines on Mt. Nemo in Burlington's UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve on the Niagara Escarpment.

> To preserve the ecological integrity of rural Burlington, and to advocate for healthier communities by protecting our land, air and water.

PLEASE GO TO CORE BURLINGTON's website and read through it. There are instructions on how and where to properly write and send your comments of opposition against Nelson Aggregate's new proposals. Letters must be sent to the Niagara Escarpment Commission--as instructed on the website--in order to influence the Niagara Escarpment Commission's decision to approve or DISAPPROVE Nelson Aggregate's sought-after amendment.

In this thread, you will see MY copy of my opposition I sent. Feel free to copy and paste it for your own submission. But I encourage you to read the other additions and adjustments for your copy-paste letter as recommended by CORE Burlington.

I am NOT affiliated with CORE Burlington. I am just a random Burlington resident who coincidentally found out about this on April Fool's Day

Animals exhale carbon dioxide, plants produce oxygen, and everything is intimately connected to everything else in a food web. Energy flows throughout the environment in a similar way as to how energy flows through the body. It's a magnificent symphony of interdependence.

Mission MS Inquiry, Day 210514. HUB2-20 Ganeiares. The galactic database indicated that planet Tefaloc Kuchu was a lush biosphere with intensely green grass. I land instead in a wind-battering chaos. Some artificial power badly broke the climate here. Once again marks of uncontrolled experiments?

My scanner shows an abandoned construct, not far from the great portal. I was heading there when I felt the sudden inversion of my nanite-blood flow. The metamorphosis has started. I must take refuge in the ship and go through it.

Warning: blood flow reversing // F-hormone = 7.83 units per nanite

The portal holds a clue. I cannot travel in this state.

The gate's memory contains traces of a precipitated jump

I lay down on my ship's tiny mattress. The storm hurls around and shakes the robust core-metal frame. My exosuit softly hums and clicks, adapting to the changes in my shivering body. I cry in pain.
