A list of puns related to "Battle Of The Imjin River"
As far as I know, the japanese invasion force didnt have much of an issue trouncing the Korean armies in the initial phase of the invasion and only being slowed down by the actions of the korean navy, however, once the chinese entered the picture, the situation seemingly changed and the occupying force was pushed back pretty quickly.
So how evenly matched in terms of technology and leadership were the chinese and japanese at this point?
Or would they abandon populations to deal with the likely public health crisis they've just created? How would the locals even approach the situation?
A previous answer about horses injured in traffic accidents cites an article which says:
>Dead horses were extremely unwieldy, and although special horse removal vehicles were employed, the technology of the era could not easily move such a burden. As a result, street cleaners often waited for the corpses to putrefy so they could more easily be sawed into pieces and carted off.
I think the article concerns a later period; I doubt Napoleonic armies had "special horse removal vehicles". And by the time they putrefied, important agricultural work may have been missed and the water supply of cities may have been poisoned.
Was burial enough to prevent water contamination or did they have to be moved away from the rivers? What were the logistics of trying to bury/move that amount of large animals?
Opened the sell menu at madam nazar just as a 4 man lv 300 griefing posse nears me. I stay in the menu for about twenty minutes so they tire of waiting and seek out someone else to harass. But when I exit said menu back into free roam, I literally walk into a minefield. The lv 300 griefers have engaged at least two other posses worth of people and itโs all out war. They must have camped out near madam nazar and killed anyone that got close, because the amount of players in the area was almost in the teens, while there where only 24 players in my lobby at that time. It was raining bullets and I didnโt stick around long enough to see if it would soon rain dynamite and fire as well. I jumped on my Arabian and rode hard to Tumbleweed. I pushed my mare so hard I got down to her stamina core. We both got shot nearly a dozen times and were followed by a few red dots, but managed to survive and make it to that sweet, sweet salvation that is the fast travel post. One loading screen later Iโm sitting in camp wondering how the fuck I survived that. I opened back up my map and see the griefers in the same area, but have now have gained 3 more members, and are still moving in a way and using deadeye that suggests they are still fighting other players. That by far was the largest clusterfuck Iโve ever witnessed since I began playing RDO. Friday nights are wild yโall.
Reinforcements arrive and attack the over-stretched Chinese armies with combined arms tactics.
Is this possible? What is the outcome?
" But during the chaotic UN retreats, no reconnaissance was conducted to determine the state of the Chinese forces.[2] As a result, Walker ordered the Eighth Army to abandon North Korea on December 3,[216][219] much to the surprise of the PVA commanders "
If you know anything that can help, thanks! There does not seem to be a lot.
