Battle of the Bulge and El Alamein are clearly cancelled BFV maps.

So I've been playing these two maps in Battlefield Portal and it is pretty clear based on their layout and the structures used on the maps (the good old church is front and center in Bulge!) that Battle of the Bulge and El Alamein were in the works for BFV but then cancelled and moved to Portal when EADICE pulled support (unjustly) for BFV.

Theory: Chapter 7 was supposed to be Back to Basics featuring El Alamein and Battle of the Bulge

They probably dedicated a chapter to remaking classic maps from BF1942, since the live service got cut off for BFV, they decided to re-use it for Portal instead.

Also probably bringing back the Back to Basics game mode where you can only play with historically accurate loadouts and uniforms.

Do 128 player (1942 weapons only) El Alamein or Battle of the Bulge servers exist?

I've seen 128 player El Alamein games with 2042 weapons and specialists, but I can't find servers with just 1942 weapons.

There are servers that could have up to 128 players like this, but there's only a few people in them. Is this not an experience that people are looking for, or maybe I'm not searching for it right with the filters?

I just really want to see the chaos of a 128 player 1942 game.
