A list of puns related to "Alacrity"
That's it. That's the post. Congrats to Guardians for being the first class to cover might, stability, quickness, healing, alacrity, power, condi, tanking, aegis, etc. etc.
I know my post looks like i am here to flame you or be one of what I would assume already existing "whining and crying" about lian.
I am mainly talking about alacrity, other talents she got are personally good and skill based in my honest opinion.
Also I am aware that they are nerfing her so people will "aimbot" less with her in the future.
But I have legit curiosity to understand the mentality of a lian player who picks alacrity with Chronos 3.
I am no angel, I did play that too for like 8 or 10 matches but I got bored rather quickly when the game is doing all the aiming for me. I was left thinking "if this is how I want to play then why not just install an aimbot while at it" Because it was THAT bad for me personally.
For me I like calling it "thrift shop Aimbot" it's basically and legit just "legal" cheating in my honest opinion that people can't report you for it lol.
I even saw "Big names" and "pro esport" players using it to Grandmasters top 20 shamelessly like just spam aimbot full blown chronos 3. Some even writing "gg ez get gud" and all that trash talk like you got owned with skill typical ranked trash talk. I find it amazing that some people have sense of pride playing that but ok lmao.
Since it seems to me a good amount of people ok with it I am just confused how that's different than just being someone who want to "aimbot and cheat" without being called an "aimbotter and cheater"
But maybe I am missing a perspective or some sort of "skill" aspect I did not consider.
I know it's in the game and probably always will be and I have my peace with it.
So here is my question, If you are a lian player who often goes alacrity with chronos 3.
What is your goal? Like you just want to aimbot for sake of doing it since it's in the game? or something else?
Legit curious and thought to just ask the community.
I am aware that I sound bit sarcastic and ironic but I am dead serious.
Alacrity will receive a nerf. It raises the cooldown of Grace by 1s instead of lowering it by 1s.
I've been starting to get into raid content with my guild and I'm having a blast! My current focus is having a variety of roles/classes geared up so I can fill holes in our comp. Toward that end, I'm looking at taking my existing staff/staff Open World build and converting it to a full-blown alac/boon support build.
That said, what's the current state of Alac Mirages in fractals/raids? A lot of the info I dug up seemed like it was written pre-nerf. Like, I'm pretty sure one Mirage can't 100% upkeep alac without investing in Boon Duration, correct? Does anyone know what the BD target is? And is Sigil of Concentration + boon duration food + full Viper's good enough, or do I need more from another source?
Thanks for any help / advice π
I have bee searching forums and I see a lot talk about clickies or haste pots, umd, etc to fill the void for this quiver but what about the scoundrels iconic stance? I know it takes 3 TR's for 30% but I don't believe their another iconic that is better than this? Can someone who knows more about iconic stances fill me in on if their is a better stance one should use?
I love it
Even as a former alacrity main, I have started tl hate that talent so much
I hope that no one plays that talent after that
And now all the alacrity haters can finally rest (maybe)
Lately I've been preferring Bloodline since Lethal Tempo got reworked.
Your thoughts, YoneMains?
I got all the way through the Desecrated Temple of Vol only to find out i need higher search skill to open a secret door to find a Marut chest with pieces of a shield frame... ugh
Is there an easier way to get 'seals of the black abbot' to upgrade my quiver?
I feel like I made a mistake with my token :(
Title.
Confused. I mainly play mid with LT
i know LT gives attack speed, but i see people like pz zzang still going alacrity, while dzukill uses bloodline. which one do you guys find more effective?

Alacrity "Haste you apply last % longer"
(Strictly speaking about mid-lane) I am not the best Akshan, and I see the best Akshan's take bloodline, but I swear that I don't ever get the same results as Alacrity. Akshan is GREAT at bullying early and getting level 2, and most of the time I can get the first blood at level 2 with Q + E + Ignite (sometimes I'll have to flash to get that last hit in), and this early game lead is ESSENTIAL for those horrible Irelia/Yasuo matchups. You can win most early game fights as Akshan but not those 2, even at level 1 it's dicey, but I found that Alacrity will get you that last needed auto against Irelia and Yasuo for those REALLY early fights to get you that lead, YES it doesn't scale as well, but you're Akshan, you're already not going to scale as well as most champs without a heavy kill lead and I can tell you that Bloodline isn't saving you against Kayn or Kha'zix, so go for that early game power, go Alacrity, punish hard, roam early, get that lead you and your teammates need to make the mid-late game not matter if you've not scaled as much. OP.GG recently updated to Alacrity and while I see the best Akshan players still taking Bloodline, I think you'd be even better with Alacrity - play it for a bit, I genuinely think you'll do even better, and if I'm wrong? F*ck it, this is just a post that I hope some people might actually find useful.
Also I had a 19 game winstreak with Akshan and I've had 4 pentas with him since I started playing him, so I like to think I've got some good advice - maybe not.
When should this rune be used?
Taking Legend: Alacrity is still the most popular secondary rune choice when players go Lethal Tempo which is completely unnecessary. IMO you will get a lot more value out of Tenacity 99% of games (or even Bloodline).
Dzukill also takes Bloodline most games now.
The guy might be insane, but he sure seems to have mastered getting into conversation with large content creators, Destiny, Pakman, Sam Seder (now twice).
Is it just endless tries until he gets lucky? With Pakman and Seder I imagine that would work since it's random call ins, but how did he get an 1h30 of absurd rambling with Destiny?
I'm just in awe of this man's abilities.
Today Ahrevelant mentioned a speed dating video with Alacrity and Kyootbot. Please help me find the video, DGG. Much love.
I have never understood alacrity on tanks, there are a few good tanks that use alacrity but whenever I watch them they don't seem to use any benefits alacrity gives them. (e.g. overcharged cd / more dps because they are losing uptime, which I don't think is a bad thing btw)
Someone explain why this is good while taking all aspects into consideration. Also, why always above 1.250 alacrity? wouldn't just idk 180 lower the CD of e.g. recklessness by a lot?
Wednesday morning SecDef released a memo ordering all service secretaries to proceed with full COVID vaccination programs , and to report progress to his office on a constant basis. A few exemption categories were outlined. For members refusing the order, he directed that counseling with medical personnel as well as operational leadership be conducted so the member will understand how refusal will impact readiness and team cohesion. If the refusal persists, it will be treated as refusal of a legal order.
Major media outlets have full details.
I've been putting some thought into Legend: Alacrity on Jhin lately. My thinking is that if you get caught out as an ADC, then you're dead regardless how much health you have, so since you get bonus AD off Attack Speed, why not take Legend: Alacrity for the extra AD and movement speed. I could see it working especially well in a Fleet Footwork rune page with gathering storm and celerity for even harder scaling.
