Our Cardiff based Kendo Club was established in 2000 and has been growing ever since.
Kendo translates as βThe Way of The Swordβ and has its roots firmly embedded in the traditions of the Samurai of feudal Japan. Those who choose to practice Kendo today, do so to develop a strong mind, body and spirit, like the Samurai, and to cut down the ego and strive forward as better human beings. Kendo also has a rich sporting background with opportunities to compete in National and International competitions.
Our next beginners course starts on Tuesday 25th January at Sport Wales - Sophia Gardens. There are limited spots, so if you are interested please contact us. And if you have any questions, just ask :)

I had Push2 in the past but sold it because it was big, heavy and didn't really meet my expectations with regards to producing / playing without looking at laptop screen.
But I'm missing a controller to launch clips and control devices with knobs and thought MPC40 MK2 could be a good pick, especially because it has separate encoders with LED strips for control of devices and tracks. It's still pretty big (although smaller than Push2), but likely not as heavy and rectangular shape seems more convenient. Another plus is it has fantastic Bitwig script, which is much more comprehensive than for Live (ability to play chromatic and in-key, step sequencers). And new one costs 1/2 the price of Push2.
Is it still a good buy, considering it was released many years ago?
