Does anyone know why so many main roads in Winter Garden and Windermere are lowering their speed limits? The SR 535 just went from 55 mph to 45 mph and main Windermere street went from 35 mph to 30 mph.
I am yet again, dealing with more crap from the blatant incompetence from Windermere. I have been asking for a disabled parking spot for months. I have a placard and can obtain a letter from my doctor if necessary. I’ve been asked the person who is the manager of the office to get this taken care of and she was supposed to get back to me in a day. This was 9/30. I have repeated requests in writing / email that my PM has ignored.
The ground is soggy and wet and if I had the spot where I need it to be, I could safely walk on pavement, but since they have yet to repave and re-stripe our lot, no one can park properly and it’s often impossible to pass between cars due to this. All it will take us one fall for me for me to land in the hospital. I’ve gone as far, in my own frustration with their ignoring my emails, to advise them if I fall, I will sue them.
WA state tenant union shows they should be providing accessible parking.
I don’t know what more I can do at this point. I miss Son-Rise. Windermere is the worst.
Has anyone had issues like this? Thoughts?

Has anyone been to this plant sale they do every year? I want to go, but don’t know the prices of plants so I won’t know if I’m making good deals or not.
