What is your favorite oil refining mod and why?

I really enjoy creating oil refining setups in Factorio, but lately I've been wanting to play Minecraft instead. I've been wondering what mod(s) exist for Minecraft that keep some of that processing while leaning more into Minecraft's exploration and tech progression elements instead of assembly lines and mass manufacturing.

My search seems to turn up both GregCraft (for older Minecraft versions) and Immersive Petroleum (for newer ones with IE). I'm curious how these compare and/or if there are any others people really like?

Is refined (light) olive oil nutritionally healthier than other vegetable oils?

I’ve been trying to eat healthier, and I know that Extra Virgin Olive Oil has some health benefits. However, I’m wondering if refined olive oil is better than vegetable oils (particularly canola oil). If the olive oil is refined, wouldn’t it basically be identical to other vegetable oils? And if that’s the case, would it be pointless to buy refined olive oil due to the higher price and neutral taste?

Why is oil refining capacity less than global oil consumption?

I am looking at global oil refining capacity which is about 102 Mbdp. Accounting for a utilization of ~85%, this is less than total oil consumption which is about ~98 Mbpd. How can this be?

Are vegetable oils actually bad for you?

I’ve seen information that says anything from canola to olive to coconut to rapeseed oil is bad for you.

Apparently there are strong links with heart disease, it oxidises cells in your body, shortness lifespan etc.

Is this stuff actually true? If so, is there neutral research on this that says this?

And how bad would foods that contain oils be? Like flaxseed, coconut, hemp seed etc etc

Refined vegetable oils?

Do refined vegetable oils such as peanut, canola, palm oil, etc. cause problem for anyone else? It seems like I can tolerate small quantities that are in packaged/processed foods, but anything cooked in these oils will give me stomach pain and gas. Also do you notice a difference with expeller presses or natural versions of these oils?
