A list of puns related to "University of Music and Performing Arts Graz"
I applied for a performing arts scholarship a couple of months ago (Ad Astra Academy) for the University College of Dublin, my dream university. I applied as a playwright, as that is my speciality. Iβve written two plays for the Abbey Theatre, Irelandβs national theatre but I thought I had no hope getting in, as they usually select musicians and actors.
This was especially true whilst watching the other amazing performers audition with their monologues and their pieces, whereas I had to pitch a play. I have social anxiety, which gives me a really bad stammer, so I was unfortunately stuttering throughout the whole presentation. However, I got a letter this morning saying that I was one of the five chosen for the scholarship and that Iβm the first ever playwright to receive it! Iβm so chuffed, I canβt believe it. I still donβt think I really deserve it but Iβm delighted itβs happening.
Hello Reddit! Iβm extremely honored to have some of my photographs featured in the upcoming RAW Artists show. Itβs at Exchange LA Nightclub in LA at 7pm on Sept 25th. If I sell 15 more tickets I have the opportunity to do more shows with them. Tickets are $25 and Iβll give everyone who buys a ticket a matted print at the show as my way to say thank you. Hope to see you there! -Xander

I feel like Music & Performing Arts is getting a little overcrowded just like IRL back when it launched, is it time for them to separate so they become individual chategories and make some new ones for DJs (for my friends) & Dancers (for me) now sense we are getting more of this kind of entertainment on the platform. Open discussion :)
Pardon any informality or ignorance here, as I'm fairly new. Wanted to get some opinions here on "Category" choices.
I've recently started a stream where one person plays a game with the music off, and the other improvs a soundtrack along with the gameplay, to put our own flair and personality into it (Willing to go into detail here, but self-promotion isn't the intent of this post).
My question is should the category we choose be the "Music & Performing Arts" or whichever game we're playing at the time? I've been leading towards using the music category, as that's the most interesting aspect tbh, but that's just my own opinion.
I noticed that there are almost no performing arts other than live music (which I'm not hating on music), in the music and performing arts section. Are people actively streaming theater, improv, ect?
Has anyone seen this type of content, do you think it is sustainable on Twitch at all?
