I am a new user of the Bunov buprenorphine transdermal patch and I have a few questions I’m hoping you can help with.
On placement - those of you who wear bras - do you find that placing the patch on the areas under straps (like shoulder blades) cause the patch to fray or get loose?
Securing the patch - I have had my first patch on my upper arm for four days and it is lifting a little at the edges, though the medical part is well secured. Is there a particular kind of tape I can use to make sure it is secure?

Been thinking of micro dosing to help relieve work stress and just be chill in general at work. Got a Releaf Patch 3:1 from Papa & Barkley. Nice calm mood that didn’t elevate any negative emotions. Plus the smell itself reminded me of tiger balm (a Chinese ointment).

Ok, so let me first start off by saying I am sorry if this is a really stupid question LOL. I really don’t know and I would feel silly asking a budtender. If I put on a decent amount of patches how would I feel? Like if I were to put on 100mgs or 200mgs vs the standard 20mgs would I feel high like an edible or does it not work like that? Is there a risk of getting pregnant with the EVRA transdermal patch if I suffer from eating disorders? I mean, there are days when I eat less than 800 calories and I am afraid that the effectiveness of the patch will decrease since hormones play the main role... So far I have had no problems and in the last 3 months I have had normal periods but as I have now lost about 3 kilos I wonder if this could affect the contraceptive.
If I am at a very low deficit, could the patch lose its effectiveness?

For those who are using an estrogen patch, where is usually the best place to apply it on your body for good results? I've been applying mine twice weekly, one on right upper buttock and alternate to left upper buttock, not sure if this is the correct way to place them.
So I am in immense pain in tianeptine withdrawals. I got precipitated withdrawals because of suboxone today, but I took 2.5mg of etizolam and 287.5mg of tianeptine desperately praying that it would help me get out of the precipitated withdrawals. And it worked. I just took 10mg ritalin as well, and I was curious whether ritalin and etizolam along with buprenorphine can help me get through the withdrawals easily. I had insane precipitated withdrawals, and etizolam and a dose of tianeptine got me out of that an hour ago (maybe it is temporary). I have a lot of etizolams, which I am going to take as soon as the ritalin crash comes on, and I am going to crash hard for the night. Do you think ritalin can help during tianeptine (acute/precipitated) withdrawals? I feel like ritalin took away my RLS and the etizolam+tianeptine combo took away the psychological derangement that precipitated withdrawals. Did I fuck up by taking ritalin? Or can it be used with etizolam, pregabilin, and a buprenorphine transdermal patch to reduce the withdrawal symptoms? I don't plan on taking any tianeptine again since I just fixed my precipitated withdrawal onset. But I fear it will come back. Please help me out with any thoughts you might have on the subject. I used a transdermal weed patch on one of my cysts, which I had drained some. The patch took about 95% of the inflammation in less than 24 hrs. I was shocked. Not even doxycyclin works that fast. Could weed be the answer? I don't want to get excited too soon. I will have to continue trying it to see. Let me know if weed has helped any of you.

Basically, I've been taking estradiol via transdermal patches for a little while now, and I noticed that sometimes my patches will get itchy underneath and leave irritated red circles on my skin after I remove them. But.. other times they're completely fine, and don't leave any mark. I can't tell what's causing the difference.
I know it's not an uncommon thing, and that hydrocortisone should deal with the red marks fine. But it would be nice to avoid them altogether, if anybody has any suggestions? Googling was not very helpful. Also would be curious to know what other people's experiences with patches have been like. Hopefully this is the right place to ask this.
So a friend of mine is currently a medical patient in a different state, and she's moving here. She medicates exclusively with RSO and transdermal patches. I can give her help with RSO, but I have zero knowledge or experience with transdermal.

I am curious, how much they fluctuate between fresh patch and when it is time to swap? On patches twice a week, and E levels on last day lower then mid-cycle and lower dosage from last blood work.
I have had a couple of days in the last few weeks where my breast measurements have dropped dramatically, only to recover a couple of days later. My last blood test also came out low again (42 pg/mL estradiol). I think my patches (2x0.1mg/day estradiol) must not be transferring well or consistently. I thought maybe it was just that I had saturated the skin around on my butt, where I had typically been placing them, but rotating locations around my back and stomach doesn't seem to be doing any better.
Does anyone have suggestions for patch placements that have worked well for you, and advice for patterns for rotating locations?
I live in Denmark, and my GP stopped prescribing me my hormones, because I should be followed by GKI - the gender clinic, but its GKI fault, due to their waiting times. After being 1 year and 6 months on hormones, I just can't simply stop now! They are so clueless! The appointment is in 6 months! Can you imagine 6 months without hormones after all this time? I'm panicking!
What do you recommend? I thought of buying through Shapeshifter, and finally changing to Patches, which should be the equivalent dose? and how long should I leave them? In a Dr.Powers method way,

Just switched from oral tablets (past 10 yrs or so) to a twice weekly transdermal patch. Anyone have any experience, good or bad, with the patch vs. pill? So far so good, for me but I’m curious. Dr said there is some thinking the patch may support bone health better? *She wasn’t adamant on this or anything; just that some drs may think so. Anyways, hope you’re all doing well!
So I’m not sure if this is a thing. On January 12th I had an appointment with my endo. I told her I was having itchiness and whenever I took my patch off it was a bit red around the edges. I asked her if I was having allergic reactions to the patches but she said it was mostly likely irritation from the area I had put it on (typically my lower abdomen around where my clothes tend to be). She told me if it was an allergic reaction it would most likely stay red and not just around the edges of the patch. I said ok. However, this weekend I’ve noticed you can still see where I’ve put my patches on. The marks around the edges are almost like scars now. I’m not sure if it’s from scratching, or if it’s the actual patch itself. Has anyone ever had this? Maybe the glue in the patch is what I’m allergic too? I also thought it could’ve been the tegaderm I was using to help with sticking but I stopped using them a bit ago. For context I also have one on my butt, but it’s a lot more red and almost looks like there’s spots where it’s been bleeding. I haven’t noticed any bleeding though. I called my endo today as she’s only doing virtual appointments and her assistant said she would notify her and see what she says. I’m hoping she calls me because even though she doesn’t like injections I’m going to ask her to switch to them. Oral meds weren’t working, and she didn’t recommend the gel either due to secondary transmission.
