In the event of civil war between Austria and Hungary, which leader would mostly seize power over the state? And in the event Hungary wins and achieves Independence, which ones would have the most stable rule out of all of them?
Seriously I don't know enough about any of the guys who can take power to get any kind of clear picture of what sort of Hungarian state they would create so can anyone help enlighten me?

For those that don’t know Archduke Franz Ferdinand wanted to federalize Austria-Hungary into states based on ethnic boundaries. This new federal Austria would be named “The United States of Greater Austria”. What do you think of this?
How different would The Cold War have been if The Danubian Federation (United States of Austria-Hungary) was set up after World War 2?
I read about this somewhere and it seemed like an interesting idea.
Also, it would be a Constitutional Monarchy with Otto Von Habsburg as Monarch and would consist of Austria, Hungary, and Czechoslovakia. South Tyrol would be ceded to the Federation and all people groups would get equal say and rights within the nation.

So I’m doing more uniform sketches and I’m wondering if these paths could lead to many variations within the empire perhaps in the same way there is with the British commonwealths of the OTL
But I’m not only asking how different military structure would be, but culturally and politically

No matter what I try, I cannot get the Social Conservatives to win the 1936 elections in Austria. I haven’t seen the AI do it at all either. This makes it impossible to go down the USGA path. Is this a bug?

I get confused in the Ausgeleich 1937 event chain, and usually get the Status quo. I understand that I need to invite all the nationalities, but what do I do about the Hungarian guy’s speech? And when they ask for compensation what do I say? Overall the event chain is confusing and I was wondering if any of you guys had done it before
