A list of puns related to "St. Augustine Light"
If you are interested in a slow tv style video tour of Florida with my good friend Barry the dog, then check out my YouTube channel! I do about an hour, uncut walking through some of my favorite spots in Jacksonville (and beyond!).
This one is St. Augustine, Florida's Nights of Lights Christmas celebration - a great low light video test for the iPhone 13 pro.
Check it out and let me know what you think/where you would like to see Barry walk next!

Hi everybody, this last week I've noticed my St Augustine lawn has started to go light brown in patches and I'm not sure why this is. I'm in Houston and the temperature is still in the 85-92's so I'm not sure it's going into dormancy? Could this be the start of a bug problem? I've been fortunate in that I haven't applied any insecticide or herbicide this season (first year homeowner) but is that something I should be doing now? I have noticed what appears to be very small white jumping bugs if I run my hands through the grass. Any ideas on what this could be and potential fixes, would be highly appreciated. Thanks!

I'm in Bradenton Florida. I installed it about 2 months ago. I threw down some Scotts turf builder Southern lawn food 2 weeks ago. These bright/light yellow spots are still there.
Any suggestions??
Yes, I get that they're in Africa but people are really acting that all of Africa was Black, like anyone living in Africa would suddenly be Black. Cleopatra was the final Pharoah of the Hellenistic/Greek Ptolomies. Hannibal was from Carthage, a colony, then nation of the Phoenecians, a semitic people living in modern Lebanon. St. Augustine lived in Modern Algeria, who had a Berber mother. None of the people groups, or the Culture they belonged to were Black or Subsaharan.
Were they Africans? Yes. Were they Black? Probably not. Why am I racist for knowing more? It just feels weird to claim a whole group of People as Black when their literal descendants are still in the same place.
I'm trying to find a cheap, new thing for me and the kiddo to do for her birthday. Even tho we live right next to St Augustine, we've only actually been there 2x (besides for work), once to scale that lighthouse and once for the night of lights. I was thinking I'd let her take the money she's saved and walk around spending it. Maybe rent one of those goofy looking go-cart looking things I saw people using. Any thoughts?
Edit: Thanks for all of the suggestions! I'll be using this post on her birthday as we walk around. It sounds like she'll have plenty of fun and good food
The closest location I can see is Regency Square Mall in Jax, we have a testing site at the agricultural center, but that is closed. Anywhere closer than Jacksonville for covid testing?
