A list of puns related to "San Francisco State University"
She is pursuing her PHD and is teaching a few undergrad classes. She was told she can apply for free parking in the afternoons but that only applies to one class. There is no bus route near our home and she has stated the parking garage is very expensive for the semester. Iβm certain there is another option we just arenβt aware of yet? We are new to the area and appreciate all advice and options.
Anyone on this subreddit a current or former student or faculty member at San Francisco State University or anyone knows someone who is or was a student or faculty member there?
I found this video recording of a street preacher at SF State who went there in November 2017 and I only remember seeing one of the street preacher's signs but did not go see him preaching. I also saw some street preachers in San Francisco and Berkeley in 2017 and in 2018 but did not engage in any debates with them although I wanted to.
If any of you were at SF State at the time the preacher was therele what did you see and hear and did you react to him or his preaching?

Would it be better to study International Relations at SFSU or International Security and Conflict Resolution at SDSU?
Hello everyone. I will be separating from the military in Dec 2022 and I would really like to attend SFSU. My wife and I are both planning on using our GI Bill to attend school in San Francisco. The problem is that we have 2 kids and we are fearful that our BAH from the GI Bill will not cover all of our expenses while living in San Francisco. I am seeking any advice from veterans that have gone through the same situation while attending SFSU with a family. As previously mentioned, my date of separation isnβt until Dec 2022 so I am just trying to think ahead and plan accordingly. Thank you all.
Hi BARpod listeners.
**note** I am not well read about these topics. What I know is just from a few days of internet browsing. Please don't be mad at me, I just really want input from you all, who will likely know more.**
What do you all think of this bit of news? I would like to hear your opinions because I'm not sure what to think. It's uncomfortable, because I don't like the idea that tech companies can put universities under their thumbs, essentially getting veto power over who can speak at events. Additionally, as far as I know, Khaled has not been violent for the past 40 years? The other people on the panel also did some horrible things, but Khaled is the one who has attracted attention and outrage from others on campus.
On the other hand, she continues to say she is associated with the PFLP, a group which takes credit for many violent acts against normal citizens, so I have no doubt that it is correct to label it a terrorist organization. In this way, she reminds me of Donald Trump...friendly with people who do terrible things, but somehow clean?
One last thing, I am friends with many "leftists" who have said things like, "Oh, Bari Weiss is quiet when the real cancel culture strikes!" And well....maybe I white knight for Bari Weiss or maybe there is a big difference between JK Rowling and someone who hijacked a plane? Bari Weiss has defended like, Joe Rogan, a guy people are mad at cause he said Fallon Fox is a cheater, and Bret Weinstein, a guy who said it's silly to tell all the white kids to stay home from their expensive college classes for a day to "fight racism." Like...one of these things is not like the other, right?I hope this is an okay post. I thought it could be an interesting discussion about tech, cancel culture, and some of the pretty weird thinking us lefties use to justify ourselves. Delete if not appropriate. Thanks!
