Is there a way to get Pavel, Lester, Ron etc to STFU?

A friend and I have been spamming the Perico Heist hard and we're getting slightly annoyed of Pavel telling us the same crap over and over again. Can we mute characters until the next DLC or is it a never-ending tale of "The Late nights, the early mornings.. The Fatigue! Then you ask yourself why do we do this. MONEY! Hahahaha!"

Anyone else think it’s sort of flawed to allow calls from Tony/Lester/Ron/Agent 14 about foreclosures to low level players?

I noticed this a lot when I create a new character. Right off the bat, as you’re really poor and know virtually nothing about gta online (presumably anyway) it’s sort of stupid to receive calls about foreclosures until you’ve at least completed the game’s tutorial.
