Just something I’m thinking about today and needed an outlet. I think it’s a major red flag when someone over the age of 18 still gets nervous when speaking to their parents. I’m 25 and on my own and only recently broke free of emotional and financial enmeshment but I still think about myself prior to when this all started and how nervous I would get when telling them literally anything. Looking back I knew there was a reason I never told them about any of my relationships, both hetero and homo. I also should have known it was a red flag when I had to lie about my whereabouts often even if I wasn’t doing anything wrong. Anyone else feel the same?

Building my own steam box. Body gets steamed with option to keep head outside. I plan to use western red cedar 6" wide boards and use router to cut interlocking grooves to retain steam.
