Seriously, it was so much fun! Rat King is my favorite gun and I use it all the time in PvP, so when I saw this post I had to join!
Me and this other random joined (both 10-15 times Flawless before, nothing crazy) and it wasn’t until we were 5 wins in that I realized the guy who made the post had never been Flawless before. We actually ended up going Flawless with 3x Rat King and when we got to Saint in the Lighthouse we spammed Rat King with 2x Rat Pack for a good few minutes!
Thanks to all the people who can play to have fun like this every once in a while, that was a nice change from the usual loadouts. <3
TL;DR: Guy who’s never been Flawless before made Rat King only LFG, me and another random ended up carrying him to his first ever Flawless and we all had a ton of fun along the way!

Hello and a squeak squeak to you all guardians. I recently went flawless for the first time with rat king/graviton forfeit and began to wonder, what are other fun builds to run?
So I’m sure everyone is familiar with Rat King Graviton Forfeit builds. I myself am an enthusiast with a great set of armor to have 110 Strength with no strength mods on and protective light which lowers to 100. But I want to hear about other peoples favorite exotics to pair with Rat King. Does anyone have a pairing that works really well together?
Edit: I am using Bottom Tree Night stalker to use melee invis. More passive play, but gets real aggressive with Rat King with Catalyst.

I was curious if anyone had any theories as to how the Rat King could even be topped?
I feel like the rat king encounter should have been like cal encountering Darth Vader in fallen order. It should have been a pure survival encounter with no chance of killing it. To me an amalgamation like that in a dark spore infested environment should be GG for anyone.
So this might be a bit of a stretch but I think the rat king ornaments hint at what all the darkness subclasses will be. Stasis, Corruption, and Taken. The only reason I think this might actually be something is because our dark vaguard can represent this. The Exo Stranger for stasis, Eris Morn for corruption, and Drifter for taken. idk maybe i'm just crazy.
Just popped into my head... how cool would a rat king exotic armor piece be?? Possible perks...
- Extend the range of the rat pack circle
- tricksleeve type sidearm buff
- activate rat pack with only 2 rats in fireteam

Hey all. I don't have enough ammo to kill this thing at the part where you're in the one room with it. Is my only option since all I have is the auto save to go select the chapter and play the whole Ground Zero over again? Didn't have this problem on any of my other playthroughs, but here we are
I know its been months, but taking the synergy of these exotics away still pisses me off so much. I dont understand why warlocks get synergy with both lumina and thorn with armor exotics but the second hunters get fun synergy for builds that fit together its removed from the game. Why bungie? Why can't we have nice things
