I would strongly suggest any Americans/Canadians stay far away from CMQ. 2 months ago I was hospitalized with food poisoning and stayed 3 days here at CMQ. I had to play up front about 4500 USD.
2 months later, I am STILL trying to get my paperwork to submit to my insurance company! I have called, emailed, and all attempts have been ignored.
I have traveled back to Puerto Vallarta to address this issue in person, since we are dealing with so much money. I arrived at the hospital and the girl I spoke with refuses to see me. The girl at the front desk tells me there aren't any supervisors or administrators available.
So right now as it stands, I'm probably going to lose my $4500 because I will be past the point that I can submit it to my insurance company.
So if you value your money, stay far far away from CMQ.
I plan on making as many posts on as many public forums as possible to warn all future Americans and Canadians of this crazy crooked organization.
