A list of puns related to "La Tremenda Corte"
¡Gracias!
When I was growing up in Mexico my dad would often put the radio during "La tremenda corte", a comedic radio show, and I would understand none of it, even though spanish is my native language. It sounded like a completely different language.
However I kept listening and listening until suddenly i was laughing out loud at the missadventures of Tres Patines, Rudesindo and Nananina.
La Tremenda Corte is a radio show from Cuba, it's very old, but you can still find many station all across latin america that broadcast it regularly, and many people have uploaded the episodes to youtube
I think this is a great way to learn this dialect but be warned, this is not your textbook spanish, they have very heavy accents, they use A LOT of slang, and sometimes they speak very fast, so it can be quite challenging, even for native speakers not used to their pronunciations, but once you get used to it, it's very VERY funny
