Facilitating conversations about social justice and the like in some Facebook groups.
Making game videos.
Speaking for money.
They find three parachutes.
Donald Trump grabs the first parachute and jumps out of the plane saying, “The world needs a great person like me!”
Joe Biden grabs a parachute and says, “I need to help make choices for our world”, so he jumps off the plane.
At this point, the Pope and the little boy are on the plane.
The Pope says to the boy, “take the last parachute, I am too old and I’m going to die soon one day.”
“Actually there are two left. Donald Trump took my backpack.”

There’s a lot of conservative Catholics who really hate Francis for some of the progressive things he’s said and see him as an enemy. I think this has caused some of us to see this as “the enemy of my enemy is my friend” but I think that’s flawed. He’s only better than them by comparison but he still is not as progressive or good of a guy as the media tries to make him out to be. Don’t trust any of these people.
Pope Francis is a fan of Argentine tango and classical music. He loves Bach, Beethoven and Wagner and thinks Mozart "lifts you to God".
Before being Pope, he was a loyal buyer of a record shop in Rome downtown. Yesterday evening the 85-year-old pontiff was seen resuming an ancient habit: buying vinyls in his favourite shop.

Not that I think the pope is any kind of moral authority - this simply adds color to the ubiquitous double standards.

I just want to reach out to these people and point out the painful truth to them;
“YOU ARE BEING USED! The Vatican is exploiting you and your longing for acceptance in the Church for PR purposes!”
Are these people really completely unaware of the policies that have come out of the Vatican under this pontificate?
This is the same Pope who just last year prohibited blessing gay couples because the Church “can’t bless sin.” The same Pope who said that gay men aren’t fit to be priests, even while knowing that the majority of priests and cardinals he works with in the Vatican are gay.
I feel for these LGBT Catholics and their longing to be accepted by the Church, but I wish they would realize that they’re playing right into Francis’ hands when they give him these positive headlines that bolster his fabricated persona as the ‘good Pope’ who really ‘gets it.’ And I feel disgusted that the same Pope who has backed policies contributing to their trauma is willing to callously exploit them to improve his own image.
