I signed 4/16 I didn’t have to reverify Identification, I never was required to take a photo. I’ve been in stage 5 since I’ve singed docs. Should I be worried about anything? I’ve been being patient; However after reading all these reviews about changing banks and reverifying, I’m lost smh🤦🏾♂️

Adult female Theridula opulenta with egg sac. Found her under a touch-me-not at the playground while working on plant identification with my kids in southern West Virginia. I got photos and then carefully put her plant back where we found it.

Mail or photo ant identification?
We can look at photos on the internet, and ask people who "know a lot about ants" but IDing insects is a high level skill and to know that it's been done correctly one ought to ask an experienced entomologist.
Are there any services that will ID ants "officially" and provide a list of reasons for the ID?
I see some for pest ants, but I'm not really interested in that, and I doubt a pest specialist would care about the subtle differences between non-pest sp.
Seems like something people would pay a modest fee for.
Or a cool idea for a youTube series where an entomologist, and a couple of antkeeping hobbyists try to identify the ant. Then the etomologist would go into detial about which ID was correct...
... someone should make that show... I'd watch it.
And if you need someone to play the clueless hobbyist I'm game.
