A list of puns related to "Nattokinase"
If yes, please share your experience in the comments (and the dose you took).
Heard it recommended many times, based on micro-clotting theories.
Hi guys, which brands that I can buy online here in the US that you guys have tried and gotten good results with?
(For anyone reading this without context go watch/read the stuff coming out about microclotting: video). In lieu of apheresis being available outside of rich buggers living in Germany some of us are now trying Nattokinase/Serrapeptase supplements to see if they help - and so far I think it's helping me. Though keep in mind these are blood thinners, so do your research/check what else you're taking/consult your useless anxiety expert Doc first.)
So I came across this blog (from 2014) that pulls together a bunch of info and a lot of the usual longhauler lexicon is showing up along with interesting nuggets that perfectly tie in to what they are finding out in Germany. Things like:
" NattokinaseΒ lessens excessive coagulation and thus improves circulation, increasing oxygen to tissues. That is one reason disorders such as fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, and chronic infections such as Lyme disease and inflammatory bowel disease respond to nattokinase.
These conditions are in part triggered by pathogen-associated fibrin deposition that leads to tissue hypoxia. In chronic infection, antibodies generated in response to pathogens can cross-react with endothelial cells. The pathogens themselves induce an antibody response that is damaging to the endothelium and the capillary bed. "
Thought it was worth sharing. Anything else in there that stands out to anyone?
20% off till midnight on Sunday. Use code JC20
What is nattokinase? https://www.vitacure.co.uk/nattokinase-info
What is serrapeptase? https://www.vitacure.co.uk/product-page/serrapeptase-250-000iu-delayed-release-enteric-capsules
I'm guessing it caused my blood pressure to go too low?
So basically these enzymes target the fibrin in blood clots and break them down. I donβt believe either one in the title has blood thinning qualities. Some interesting connections are being made with microclotting and post viral illness, something this community feels the brunt of frequently.
I decided , ah what the hell, maybe Iβll give it whirl, but first Iβd like to know if these enzymes would have an ill effect on connective tissue. I have POTS and MCAS which is also seeing connections with microclotting, supposedly the inflammation triggers it. Thanks for any advice.
Below is a good Reddit thread that talks about some of the supplements.

Are any of yβall that are still recovering from covid taking these two supplements? I know Iβve seen some who have taken them and seen success. I just donβt want to spend $60 and not see results as this has already happened with some of the other things Iβve bought.
Hello everyone!
Was doing some reading and came across Nattokinase which activates plasminogen to plasmin which acts to convert Pro-BDNF to BDNF. Has anyone ever tried this combination?
Here are the sources:

I went to the ER and have since been sent home but i'm nervous about sleeping. If I stopped these supplements will I be ok?? I did not know they could cause these symptoms.
Hey guys so I have spent hours upon hours researchung ways to get out of this mess. The after effects of this virus have left me completely fucked especially cognitively and I think i may have stumbled upon something useful for everyone.
Here's the one thing that brings all our symptoms together, the great unifier of this disease is this: vascular endothelial
You have the people who say, of the virus is still here and I have a current infection and yes that may be true, then you have the immune system overdrive folks and yes that may be true as well.
But the one thing they have in common is the vascular endothelial.
Here is a study done in syrian hamsters. https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S0889159120313581
"In the present study, we explored the impact of SARS-CoV-2 infection on the olfactory system in golden Syrian hamsters. We observed massive damage of the OE as early as 2 days post nasal instillation of SARS-CoV-2, resulting in a major loss of cilia necessary for odour detection. These damages were associated with infection of a large proportion of sustentacular cells but not of olfactory neurons, and we did not detect any presence of the virus in the olfactory bulbs. We observed massive infiltration of immune cells in the OE and lamina propria of infected animals, which may contribute to the desquamation of the OE. The OE was partially restored 14 days post infection. "
https://youtu.be/xkKBkLOODfY The video above is a neurologist at the university of Pennsylvania and the jist of what he is saying is that while covid can cause direct infection of the brain it is extremely rare and most of the time, symptoms are caused by blood clots/hypoxia. I really reccomend this.

This is a video of anderson cooper sitting down with long haulers one of which is a doctor herself who speculates that the wide ranging effects are at least in part due to micro blood clots which cannot be seen with imaging.

This is a video that just talks about how there has been a documented decrease in antibodies among a population in quebec. Which makes it very likely that antibodies from natural injection don't stick around long.
So after looking (or not) at all of this, what is the answer? Well i don't know. But I persoanlly have added Nattokinase to my stack because it essentially as far as I know is the best supplement for dissolving blood clotts.

... keep reading on reddit β‘I read some articles from Dr Amen who thinks many of the issues we suffer are tied to poor blood flow to the brain. I mentioned this to my buddy who has Parkinson and mentioned I should try Nattokinase. Has anyone tried this?

So, as the title says, I have one major question about those enzymes before I might start taking them.
A couple of things that might be worth mentioning:
I am a nearly 30-year-old obese (93kg at 1,7m) female. Currently I eat a ketogenic / zerocarb diet and use the following supplements to aid fat digestion: oxbile (250-500mg depending on fat content), betain+hcl, pancreatic enzymes aka lipase, proteas and amylase derived from pork kidney(s). I also take diamine oxidase when eating cheese or the occasional high-fat dairy product.
That being said, there's a history of arteriosclerosis and heart diseases in my family and I am running the risk of going into that direction as well (especially now that I am obese once more), which leads me to trying out the three mentioned enzymes, because they all are supposed to "clean up" arteries, scar tissues, reduce inflammation, heal chronic sinusitis, etc. basically all the things I kind of suffer from for a while by now and would like to heal before it's too late and I have to be depended on medication.
My questions are:
Should I take these supplements at all given my current state / condition and "history"?
Can I take all three of them at once without running the risk of thinning my blood too much and maybe causing internal bleeding or similar bad conditions?
Or should I start with nattokinase + serrapeptase and once done with the "therapy" go over to lumbrokinase?
Thanks in advance.
Have a nice day.
Desperate for my new elevated heart rate to go back down, I do breathing exercises, I walk daily, Iβm not seeing any results yet :(
Does anyone have any personal stories or advice they can share? It has been about three months for me and I was really hoping it would be back to normal by now like my cardiologist had told me it would :/
Planning to take Serrapeptase and Nattokinase for lowering blood pressure.
Has anyone taken these and if did then how was the experience?
How was the dosage?
Could these be taken while someone is on blood thinners?
What could be the precautions?
Thanks for your time.
PS: Posted the same in Serrapeptase forum, if cross-postings doesn't comply with the rules of this forum, then please feel free to remove this post.
Hi, I would like to know if it's safe to take nattokinase supplements in a proactive way for the cardiovascular health system. It's a good idea to take them or it's too risky due to their blood thinning activity? Are they sense in a person who doesn't have any particular blood circulation problems?
Hi guys, yesterday I heard the first time about nattokinase against nose polyps. Does anybody have experience with this thing? Does it reduce polyps?

Iβll keep it short and sweet, Iβve been taking these two together for over a week now. 6000 fu of NK (3 capsules), and 40,000 units of SP (2 capsules), Doctorβs Best Brand, per day.
Hereβs what Iβve noticed:
Stable chest pain/pressure, which Iβve had for several years, which a prior doc suggested was preventricular contractions (after a normal EKG), is gone.
Circulation feels much better all over my body. Mentally sharper and more focused.
Average blood pressure seems to have dropped a few points.
Was getting twinges of βcrampyβ pain in the ankles/lower calves, theyβre gone.
Scar tissue over multiple areas on my body, including lip, abdomen and surgical scars, is disappearing.
Hi community:
Recently I began daily taking 100 mg Nattokinase (empty stomach) and 200 mg Coq10 (with food). My previous symptoms were extensive but worst among them was the burning and aching in my lower body, particularly my calves and glutes. I felt like something was wrong with my blood... like it was thick or heavy.
Upon taking these two, the burning and aching stopped like 50%, which likely means my body isn't resorting to anaerobic respiration as quickly as before. Yay! My body feels better oxygenated. However, I now bruise more easily (and that was like another symptom).
Just some information I hope is useful. May bump up to 100 mg 2x daily if I decide that it is worth it even with the bruising. Though it is written that taking NK for longer than 2 weeks at a time is not recommended.
Nattokinase is an antifibrolytic, in that it prevents blood from clotting and (slowly) breaks up existing clumps.
I bought nattokinase supplements. Just wondering how much is safe to take.
Looking to start taking a Systemtic enzyme to see if it can do anything with the Peyronies thickening..
Does anyone have any suggestions of good brands?
Which one is the best and most commonly used? There's a few: serrapeptase /nattokinase/ Naprinol /Bromelain/Papain/Chymotryspin/Trypsin. or is it best to use certain ones in combo?
Also taking some cialis now so not sure if that combo is safe.
What are people's thoughts on Nattokinase as an alternative to medication? Shows some real promise.....
