I really wanted a village base here, with docks and a ship. you know the whole nine yards I think it would look epic with the skeleton as the mead hall if I could just build inside those blasted ribs.
I don't particularly care much about viking culture, but I did enjoy Valheim, and the longhouse is probably one of the easiest building types to build (although this one is still quite basic.) it's incomplete, but I didn't really plan on doing this until recently.
Couple things of note:
- It is way more trouble to place diagonal beams than it should be. I think it's because "rotate" doesn't "rotate" anything -- rotate cycles between a couple of different available placement positions, but that's it. This works fine for most pieces, but diagonal beams have a lot more angles they can be placed at -- but it's just janky to work with. I had to do some weird things with placing vertical beams and then attaching diagonals to them ,then destroying the verticals.
- I want wedge foundations. Seriously, don't be like Fallout 76 please :( Let me build something that isn't a rectangle. With more time and care, I could probably make this a lot fancier (not to mention I am not high enough level to unlock a lot of the decoration stuff, which was MY personal focus for the weekend I decided). But if you're gonna give us this many building pieces, don't just stop - gimmie dem wedges!

First game. What time should I show up at the stadium tomorrow?
Has anyone been to the Longhouse outside of the stadium? Can kids under 18 go in there? How many hours prior to kickoff does it open? How hard is it going to be to get in there when its cold out? I can't find a website for it, any help you can provide is appreciated.
