A list of puns related to "List of snack foods"
My apologies if this question is asked a lot. But, is there any sort of sheet containing a list of Green and Yellow snacks and frozen/easy to make foods. I heard Yasso & Outshine Popsicle are great.
Anything else like that?
Hey everyone,
I am creating a free master list of all the best volume foods and calorie friendly snacks (and soon recipes) for the community. Take a quick look at my progress. It's still a very early rough draft. I'm adding the type of food/product, calories, rating, and soon I will add recipe tags. Here is the link to the list. Just click the top to see the full list.

Preferably something I can keep in my work desk and reach for when everyone else at work is eating garbage.

Hi guys!
After seeing all the goodies in my "Hamvent Calendar" plus lots of conversing with folks in some of my other hamster groups here is a list of a bunch of treats you can offer your little friend-o's.
DOG SECTION
- Pure Bites Freeze Dried Cheddar
-Pure Bites Chicken (Typically as long as it's all natural, any type of freeze dried chicken in the pet section is fine)
-Grandma Lucy's Dog Cookies (they have pumpkin, banana and sweet potato, and baked apple as well as a few others)
- Fruitable's Crunch Dog Cookies (blueberry pumpkin, banana pumpkin, banana pumpkin)
- Fairly well known, but Whimzees dog chews in any variety (shape/colour) are safe for your hamsters. For anyone who is curious if Greenie's is an okay sub unfortunately the answer is no.
REPTILE/BIRD ITEMS
- Spray Millet
- Oat Sprays
- Flax Sprays
- Freeze Dried Mealworms (actually an okay part of a regular diet and great for protein.. you can feed live, but you must cut off the head before giving it to your hamster)
- Freeze Dried Crickets
BABY SECTION
- Baby/Toddler Mum Mum's. Lots of flavours like strawberry, banana, mango and kiwi, etc are safe. I typically stick with the organic stuff.
- Gerber Puffs/Similar baby puffs. Flavours like blueberry, banana apple, sweet potato, etc are usually great options.
- Baby Gourmet baby/toddler puffs. Sweet Pea rings, carrot puffs, kale banana puffs, etc are all lovely options.
I think you'll notice here that there is a recurring theme with the baby section. A lot of items here can definitely be your friend for snacks. Pureed baby foods are also great options for when your hamster is sick/dehydrated/elderly and can no longer eat food too well/in need of a calorie boost.
As far as I know, these particular items are only available in Canada at this point in time but Love Child Organics has lots of hamster safe snack products.
- Love Child Love Ducks
- Love Child Little Lovies
- Love Child Owlies Cookies
Thanks once again to everyone who has joined the sub!
We would like to create a list of all the West African foods we know as a primer for those who are less familiar with our beloved cuisine. When listing please could you put the name, a mini description, country or region of origin and Iβll collate them into a list which we can add to a wiki.
Gold fish
Cheez itβs
Ice cream

Hey everyone!
Just was curious, im throwing a Lan party for my fiance and our friends for the WoW classic re release, just was curious on if you could all help me compile a list of your favorite snacks for this momentous occasion, i would really appreciate the help. I want to surprise him with a plethora of delicious noms since this is the most excited ive seen him get over...well almost anything. He is not picky at all, and is very versed in the realm of american snacks and food, I however am no so much since I grew up in a very strict traditional asian family and haven't heard of half these snacks, shopped at american grocery chains or even what to eat for these kind of events. (besides pizza and wings) Any help/recommendations would make a nerd's week very joyous! Thank you guys and happy Lan'ing!
These do not include F&W and are in particular order. It also doesn't include normal snacks like popcorn, churros, etc. 1 School Bread/Troll Horn -Norway 2 Crepe/Brioche IC Sandwich - France 3 Gelato - Italy 4 Pretzel - Germany 5 Pretzel Dog - Min and Bill's in DHS 6 Waffle Sandwiches - Sleepy Hollow 7 Dole Whip - Aloha Isle 8 Peanut Butter Banana Candied Bacon Bar - Boardwalk Bakery 9 LeFou's Brew- Gaston's Tavern 10 Drinks at Trader Sam's
Used the search bar but I'm still gonna need some help from you gals!
Started college in the fall, lost 10 pounds first semester in part because the food got boring so I just didn't eat. I also didn't go to the gym due to scheduling but I've got that all covered for spring.
I lift a little bit and do cardio and all of that good stuff. Used MyFitnessPal religiously before leaving for college but it's much harder to estimate portions now, should I still attempt to use the app?
Our campus has a vegan cafeteria, tried it a few times and it's a good source for basic fruits and veggies. Each dining hall also has a basic salad bar. One hall serves baked/grilled chicken every day.
What can I keep in my room that I can use for snacks? Part of the reason that I skip meals so frequently is because eating in one of the halls is completely out of the way of my schedule. Here's what I'm thinking:
*microwavable grilled chicken (did this during first semester and it seemed to work out)
*grapes, pineapple, apples
*I love peanut butter
I'm not imaginative when it comes to healthy snacking please help! I've also got a minifridge and freezer.
Popcorn (lightly salted, not buttered)
Eggplant + Entire Squash Family
Mushrooms
Leafy Greens (spinach/romaine/etc)
Strawberries
Blueberries
Rice Cakes
Peaches
Jicama ( very yummy - crunchy mildly sweet root thingie)
Greek yogurt (plain)
Broth
Cucumber (slice chilled and sprinkle with salt and chili powder)
Radishes
Cabbage (good filler in salads and soups)
Grapefruit
Sugar Snap Peas
And to drink: Coffee, tea, sparkling water, oh my! (unsweetened, of course)
Happy snacking, losers! I like these for when I'm not actually hungry but just want to snack on something, or as fillers in larger recipes so you can get nice and full.
Aldi/Lidl Mortadella Italian ham - 0% carb, and very high fat. Obviously pretty much any ham product is good, but these are especially fatty.
Lidl - Frikadellen burgers - low carb - good for a cold snack on the hop, or microwave with some cheese on top. Aldi sell them in 'snack' size, but I haven't tried these or checked the content
Lidl - snack peperoni sticks - much cheaper than Peperami (4 for 99p) - pretty decent too, but more of a traditional smoky taste than peperami
Aldi - Mr Porkie Pork scratching - best value pork scratching I have found - about 80p for 80g bag. Take care with pork scratchings - some contain wheat/carbs
Aldi - German Meatballs in a large tin (Mushroom sauce flavour) - these are only sold before Xmas but they are delicious, especially with gouda cheese on top.
Lidl - smoked sausage - fry it up like regular sausage - it doesn't taste quite the same but it's pretty good. I don't like it unfried though although it is ready to eat cold
Aldi/Lidl sugar free energy drinks are very good too, and Β£1.59 for 6 (Lidl) as long as you don't mind about artificial sweetners.
Aldi - No Added Sugar squash (not the High Juice version) - virtually 0 carb
Edit: letters
And by munchies I mean the fat people kind not the stoner kind.
I made this thread earlier to help me think of some more foods I could buy when I have an insatiable appetite but don't want to jeopardise my weight loss. I have made it into a list so you guys can have some tasty ideas too :)

Carrot sticks
Bell peppers
Crudites with humous or other healthy dip
Popcorn (without caramel :P)
Pickles peppers/ onions/ gherkins

Hope this helps everyone!
I typically eat pretty good, nearly no soda, candy or cakes but I plan to relax on that for a bit while not going full on Doritos/Dew so I dont feel like garbage for some extended gaming sessions.

Ok just so weβre all on the same page I met a dude THE DAY BEFORE I started my R3 whole30. We started dating and he has been really f-cking cool about everything and super supportive and eats whole30 meals with me and also did I mention he is a 6β3β bearded hunk of an adult man who appears to be fully functional?!?! A true unicorn.
So HE asked ME what snacks he should get to keep at his house so I donβt suffer/get hate filled from hunger while Iβm at his place.
I went to Whole Foods to put together a lil list of some snicky snacks and I got to thinking about you guys and how f-cking cool yβall are so I took one for the homies and spent a lil bit going thru Whole Foods finding some compliant things for when youβre brain decides to be a lazy dickhole and doesnβt wanna cook.
Note: this is absolutely not a complete list, just some of my favies. There is definitely a sh-t ton more of compliant goodie goods in there.
Compliant snicky snacks -Dried mango in the bulk department
-Larabars (blueberry muffin, pecan pie, coconut cream pie, lemon bar, cinnamon roll, cashew cookie, cherry pie, banana bread, pineapple upside down cake, key lime pie, and apple pie are compliant)
-rxbars (chocolate sea salt, blueberry, and mixed berry)
-RX nut butter- vanilla almond butter (FAVIE)
-unsweetened apple sauce
-Unsweetened almond milk
-kettle&fire broths (not the soups)
-Cholula original ^
-ghee^
-grandcestors frozen paleo meals
-prosciutto (one of my favies)
-Whole Foods chicken sausage (organic apple, mild Italian, organic bratwurst, organic spicy, and Italian organic spinach)
-Whole foods uncured turkey hotdogs
-Applegate uncured beef, turkey, and chicken hot dogs
-Bilskins Cajun style andouille sausage
-Wellshire sugar free dry rubbed uncured bacon
-Natureβs Rancher hickory smoked uncured bacon (says whole30 approved on the front)
-precut fruit and veggies are always good
-Sweet mini peppers
^ I added some stuff for him to keep at his place for whenever we do cook or make compliant things, so no I do not snack on ghee
Iβd love to hear what else you guys get munchin when youβre feelin these feels!
Luh yβall.
My girlfriend(Non-Ent but totally cool with trees), is catering our 420 party. Looking for delicious suggestions in terms of snacks and meals for our gathering. Being that I will most likely be incapacitated, she is taking over the cooking/baking. She is quite the chef so anything you can think of would probably be do'able.
