Animal Crossing has helped my family get through this and Iβm not trying to make a joke here, I am 100% serious.
Itβs allowed us to take our minds off of all the shit going down and the connections within the game (visiting each otherβs islands etc), and has also helped us all feel connected and know that we are still part of eachotherβs lives even if we canβt physically be together.
I have been playing video games since my first Atari 35 years ago. I have no doubt that Animal Crossing is going to hold a place very high in the list of games that had an impact on my life.
The Before Work podcast is just two friends talking about their childhood and video games played a big role. This episode is "The Top 10 00s Video Games". Wii really showed up big on the list.

Hey all! Welcome back! and for those of you who may be new to my little self challenge, thanks for checking it out and welcome.
Finally got this one done. Been dreading (and looking forward!) to this one for a while. Had no idea what I was going to do with this when I first listened to it. Figured that I would use the Filmore East version from Band of Gypsies as my base and go from there. Worked the whole thing out by ear. Very challenging stuff. Lots of improve in this one as it should be. Note for note would be impossible (well, not impossible but I'd be at it for months). No time for that shit. Gotta keep moving forward.
Lots of long solos coming up. Gotta get at em. Keep this thing going til the finish.

I am currently taking the data from several video game top 50 lists such as metacritic and ign. That way I will minimize the research needed. Then I am planning on making a survey to see what avid gamers would put as their top ten choices and will make a separate list based on that. I am also planning on aggregating scores to make another top 50. What Iβm wondering is how I would aggregate the data based on the lists from the first part.

Sorry to hit you guys with 2 in one week. Don't want to wear out my welcome, but these past two solos didn't take a whole lot of time to throw together and I need to get movin' on with the list. Movin' on to some Malmsteen to be exact, so I may take a break for a week or two, practice it up a bit more before I sit down to record it.
