So I’m currently watching Firefly Lane because of Elliot and I realised that, besides a guest appearance here and there, I haven’t seen the cast in anything besides Scrubs. Until now obviously!
No spoilers, but I’m liking it enough to finish it and there’s been quite a few moments where I’ve been reminded of Elliot. If I didn’t know it were based on a book, I’d think they added them on purpose!
For those of you who have seen the main cast in other things, what is their best main role? I say main because Elliot is not in enough episodes of How I Met Your Mother to put up with that whole show!
I plan on watching The Middle (The Janitor), but it’s a show I’m going to watch with my husband so we’ve got to get through Downton Abbey first :)
Scrubs made several references to other TV shows, especially sitcoms. For example, I remember the scene where JD asks Julie about 'Sanford and Son' and Happy Days' spin-offs.
Is there a list of them all?
I recently got in an argument with a friend who bashed Scrubs after watching approx. ~30 seconds of it, so I was hoping I could start a conversation with all the Scrubs lovers instead!
One of the biggest appeals of this game has been the character designs. They perfectly convey what each character's archetype is and what combat style they're proficient at.

I’ll probably do a few more polls tomorrow on Toad, Pyro, and Blob because I completely forgot to do them, but after that I’ll post the results about where the votes went.

Abaddon:
Mist Coil tooltip says it pierces Spell Immunity when this is only true for targeting allies; this should be mentioned in the alt-text.
Mist Coil being able to deny Abaddon should be in the tooltip somewhere.
Aphotic Shield tooltip should probably mention it doesn’t damage invisible enemies or those in the fog of war.
Aphotic Shield tooltip doesn’t say what damage type it is: it is magical damage.
Curse of Avernus debuff and buff icons incorrectly say move speed is increased on attacking targets.
Curse of Avernus tooltip is missing its lore description.
Sceptre upgrade buff icon still has the old upgrade’s description (that damage is being redirected to Abaddon).
The tooltip for Borrowed Time with Sceptre has “%ally_threshhold_sceptre” instead of actual integers.
Alchemist: Chemical Rage buff icon description has a blank mana regen value.
Ancient Apparition:
Ice Vortex tooltip should probably mention it gives vision.
Ice Blast tooltip says it prevents most healing; the heals that aren’t prevented should be mentioned in the alt-text (Sunder, Time Lapse, Supernova).
Anti-mage:
Mana Break’s alt-text should be updated to just say it can be lifestealed off of.
Counterspell is missing its lore description.
Sceptre upgrade description should clarify the bonus 70secs starts upon the enemy respawning.
Mana Void Sceptre debuff has no title or description.
Arc Warden:
Flux tooltip value for cast range does not update when the corresponding level 15 talent is chosen.
Magnetic Field tooltip says it doesn’t pierce Spell Immunity, but the attack speed buff and evasion still apply even if both the ally and enemy are spell immune.
Spark Wraith tooltip should probably mention that the wraith cannot be disjointed.
Tempest Double tooltip should probably mention the bounty of the Double as it changes every level.
Rune Forge is missing its lore description.
Axe:
Berserker’s Call is missing its “taunt” bar on affected units.
Battle Hunger debuff icon description doesn’t mention the move speed slow, or the damage reduction with Aghs.
There is no Battle Hunger buff icon.
Culling Blade tooltip does not mention if the buff placed on allies after a successful kill is dispellable or not – it is.
Bane:
Enfeeble tooltip is missing its lore.
Enfeeble buff icon (gained upon choosing the level 15 talent) says Bane has reduced attack speed, which is untrue.
Enfeeble particle effects are all buggy.

In my opinion, the show develops him as a character so much that we see him as a soft hearted person who loves his son even and his dog. But we never forget the real person he pretends to be in front of his staff, maintaining the balance between his good side and his bad.
For me that's one of the most positive signs of good character development.
