A list of puns related to "Life course approach"
I think this needs to be priority in Trinidad. Prevention better than cure so to speak.

The life-course approach aims at increasing the effectiveness of interventions throughout a personβs life. It focuses on a healthy start to life and targets the needs of people at critical periods throughout their lifetime . It promotes timely investments with a high rate of return for public health and the economy by addressing the causes, not the consequences, of ill health.
Edit: Iβve been reading a lot of the comments basically saying Iβm an idiot because this type of thing already exists where they are. Just remember that not everyone lives where you live. Also, perhaps I should have said βmarketing pushβ instead of just βpushβ. I meant this more as a form of advertising showing everyone benefits and no one loses from such an idea. We have to change the way the masses think in order to make an actual change.
Searched the threads and couldnβt find anything, so I thought Iβd post it for the hive mind.
How do you approach a course youβre playing for the first time?
I play it βsafe,β prioritizing location rather than attacking pins unless itβs a straight or simple hyzer/turnover that I know I can attack at first glance. Mostly play the course for pars/bogeys and learn which holes I can play for birdies the next time Iβm there.
Thoughts?
Okay so if you're proceeding outbound on a radial associated with a procedure turn, planning on doing a minute outbound (technique) followed by another minute on the barb (obviously the remain within distance is the true dictator here) and Approach says they'll call your inbound (due to traffic or whatever). Would you offset the inbound course by flying the barb for a minute and the paralleling the outbound radial until they call your inbound, or would you track outbound on the radial and then do a 180 on the protected side as depicted by the barb once they call your inbound. The way I see it, Approach has essentially taken responsibility for your position so either might be viable; however, I don't think that means you would ignore the "protected" airspace despite being on vectors.
I'm sure someone will remember this thread. I think it occurred when the 50th booster landing failed, and it may have been in /r/spacex instead of /r/spacexlounge. Would be great if someone could point me to that thread. Either way, would appreciate some insight into the landing process + the guidance process (how the grid fins steer the falcon 9).
If I failed a course that I need in order to graduate because of an issue that occurred throughout the semester, what is the best way to reach out/should I reach out?
I see this dating advice given out a lot of times. They say to ignore women, live your life and you will find that women enter your life and become attracted to you. I've also seen many times guys saying that once they start ignoring women, women became more attracted to them.
Did it work for you? I tried this approach for about 3 years and nothing happened. I wasn't any closer to getting a girlfriend, a date or sex than I was before. I lived my life and achieved things but nothing happened with regards to women.
Hello BGI. I am an aspiring game designer currently making steps towards optimizing my prototypes for demonstration and pitching. My primary focus is on a project I'll be calling "Proj-F" for the sake of this post. This is not the intended title, but my plans in terms of trademarking are pending. Essentially, I don't want to jump the gun when I know the thematics might be up to negotiation: money is tight on my end, so legal fees are a factor.
I started on Proj-F for very sentimental reasons, and within a week I had a testable version of it ready. It played amazingly, and completely changed the way I approach game design in general. I had considered trying to self-publish it within a half-year of designing it, but changed my mind and have instead spent almost a year refining, expanding, and adjusting the concept. I think this was the right move, but as I'm approaching the 1-year development mark I'm feeling a need to really nail down how I'd best go about getting it out there. On a personal level, this particular project is very important to me, moreso than my other projects, which is why I want to be very careful about it without letting it rot.
Originally I conceived Proj-F as a free-to-print game with a few different forms of monetization attached. This would include monthly and one-time donations, official boards and miniatures (which would be sold through third-party 3d printing markets), and pay-to-enter official tournaments at conventions/stores. All of this would tie into the online community framework. However, this would require me to self-publish and self-market, which seems like a huge gamble as I worry I lack the name and industrial clout to make this a viable approach.
So now I'm finishing up the sixth iteration of the alpha, and exploring whether it'd be better to approach the game as a store-shelf product or a free-to-print. Here's a few notes I have in terms of the pros and cons:
I'm working on a 24-level course pack of 4 worlds with 6 courses each. Which option is better?
Option 1:
Option 2:
What do you guys think?
Also: I was going to make a different thread later for this, but if you want to, please drop any Maker IDs here of people who have created or are in the process of creating full game course sets!
