A list of puns related to "Lethwei"
I know what Lethwei is in principle, but I don't know enough to have a real opinion on it
It looks pretty badass and brutal, but that's just a guess from watching a handful of clips and fights.
I have no experience, how did you learn lethwei? What would you have done differently?
I've seen a some Muay Thai fights, I've seen some Lethwei fight, I've seen some Muay Thai vs Lethwei fight, yet I can never really understand the difference between the two except for the fact that Lethwei allows headbutts, so I have to ask...
What are the differences between Muay Thai and Lethwei, I'm looking for anything such possible differences in mentality, disadvantages or weaknesses for one over the other, cons for headbutts, pros for not using them, techniques, any differences at all.
Apologies if this a heavily repeated topic.
But He is obviously a great fighter and the sport is objectively mental but the more I read into it Iβve found that a fair few in the Muay Thai community arenβt his biggest fan. Heβs definitely not helped the issue by being critical of Muay Thai but guys like Liam Harrison have criticised him, his technique (thoughts?) and he even claimed that Leduc moved to Myanmar because he was a bad Muay Thai fighter and the level of competition for lethwei was much lower.
If anyone has any thoughts on this Iβd be very interested.

As lethwei is more relaxed on suplexes, throws, takedowns than muay thai is, is it advantageous to learn Greco Roman hip tosses and throws for clinching
I think it's a style with a very interesting set of rules that makes it very close to a real fight, I wanted to try to fight at least once under that set of rules.
If it safe, will I have the dexterity to move my fingers, and legs in 50 years, and how does hitting a heavy bag bareknuckled make it different compared to hitting trees, metal poles, punching sand, etc?
Saying on one hand that martial arts that do pressure tests and aa little as restrictive rules as possible, being an indicator for "legit" martial arts, aka MMA, kickboxing etc.
But then threads like these : https://www.reddit.com/r/martialarts/comments/pzu4ar/lethwei_training_program_and_techniques_compare/
Where they circlejerk against their own definition. This is why that is a complete shithole sub full of keyboard warriors and straight out hypocrites.
Are these types of double leg throws legal in lethwei https://youtu.be/gdcDXNOuO18
can anyone please tell me ,what is the name of the music that is used in Lethwei fights and Lethwei yay.
I heard you become a golden belt champion but I want to know how long it takes for me to get good at this martial art.
