Legal outsourcing Puns

Gran parte de mi carrela laboral ha sido en sitios que hacen outsourcing, y n los cuales la empresa que te contrata te paga muchísimo menos que las personas a las que se les presta el servicio.

Me han dicho que esa práctica no es del todo legal, y que el pago está bastante por debajo de lo que debería ser. Además, en cuanto al entrenamiento (training), solo uno de los tres lugares en los que he estado ha ofrecido un training superior a un mes para conocer el producto, y dos de ellos ofrecieron paga completa durante el training.

No sé si alguien tenga algo más de información al respecto, o si alguien tiene algo de experiencia en esta clase de trabajos.

I'm working with a small company that is looking into outsourcing a significant number of programming tasks to Fiverr or Upwork. Is there any legal or tax issue I should be aware of? I assume the payment invoice from these sites are as good as any regular invoice, is that correct?

Hello Website creators, finally I am about to fund my business idea and create the website.

This website would be a social/shopping platform in a very niche market. So my question is:

is this a norm to ask the developer to sign a NDA before I even tell him the idea? Also to sign the non-compete so he can't copy and paste the code and partner up with somebody to start a similar site.

To avoid the above question, is it the norm that I offer the share of the company to the developer and seal the deal with NDA and non-compete.

Ps esto, como estoy pagando una casa a crédito Infonavit, y tanto que dicen que pueden hacer una devolución me metí al sat para ver mi declaración y salía que debía, como dicen que los asalariados o es obligación presentarla, pero me fijo en mis salarios y percepciones hay 2 empresas que están pagando, la que no es oficial no paga impuestos y ahora tengo que pagar yo.

Que se puede hacer en esta situación, soy de Coahuila, habrá algo que se pueda hacer anónimamente. No quisiera perder el empleo o crear enemistades. O acaso esto es legal y tengo que aceptarlo?
