There's a professional League of Legends streamer who's signed by TSM (Team Solo Mid), who rose to fame without ever having a face cam, but his near perfect mechanics always amazed viewers with endless hype moments every stream. This professional League of Legends player is or was known as Gosu. Having over 2 million followers on Twitch, over 1 million subs on YouTube, and amassing over half a billion channel views mysteriously stopped uploading, stop streaming, stop tweeting, and seemingly no updates have been given by Gosu himself or anyone else who might be close to him. His most recent videos posted to YouTube before going "ghost" are filled with comments pouring love, best wishes, and I miss you's to the streamer, and seemly all his viewers are at a loss for where he's gone.
Post. This is just a brief introduction to a story you might find interesting enough to investigate. Gosu is well known to the league player base and might attract a good amount of views. I believe their may be under lying issues with depression that lead to his vanishing act, but it's near impossible to find a YouTube comment on his videos that isn't showing love and compassion for Gosu. I believe his fans would be more than happy to just know if he's okay mentally and phsycially.
Hey so I figured Iβd share my results after testing the iPad Pro with LOL: Wild Rift 120 FPS + Max graphics settings. Despite this device having experienced dropped frames several times during 15 mins of gameplay, it appears this device was able to push performance back to 120 FPS each time. The lowest this device dropped is 105 FPS. This iPad Pro averaged 116 FPS in 15 minutes of gameplay.
Now what makes things even more interesting is the deviceβs power consumption. This device averaged 2 watts of power which is phenomenal and unbelievable. This device used about 19% of itβs CPU power and 41% of GPU power and still averaged 116 FPS. Apple can definitely fix the performance to a steady 120 FPS in future updates by increasing power consumption like they did for the iPhone 12 PM with iOS 14.5 and Genshin Impact. As for device temperature, this device averaged 34C which is decent; I did however have the device plugged since my FPS software was having issues. Hence, you should definitely experience lower temps when playing unplugged.

Sorry for the long post, let me know if you have any questions regarding the results π.
Hey guys, Iβm garter β the ex dota 2 pro player who came to League of Legends back in January.
Over the course of 6 months, I managed to reach (at the highest) d3 35lp.
The main reason Iβm posting is because I had told everyone that I would keep them up to date etc β which I had been mainly doing through my socials. Iβm here to just post the βbigβ leaps of my league career β so if I ever hit challenger I will probably make another post (hopefully that will happen in 4-5 months before the season end)
Anyway, Iβll try to keep this short, but hereβs a bit of what I did/do, my struggles and thoughts in general.
League is a great game. Honestly, it is way better than I had initially imagined it would be.
There is toxicity everywhere, and coming from Dota, Leagueβs toxicity is quite mild
As per my ranking, I basically went from bronze to gold within a month. Then in the next 2 months I got all the way up to plat 2 and got stuck there for about an extra month β going up and down. I finally hit diamond 5 months in and now Iβve not been playing as much since all this time Iβve been hard grinding (I hit diamond under 1000 games). I have about 100 games total between these d3-d4 ups and down.

I started playing Yasuo initially, then added Ahri and Syndra. As I went up in rating I kept dropping and picking up champs for 3 reasons:
1 . Iβd get bored coz Iβm not a huge fan of this OTP thing
When you donβt duo, nobody respects your champ (whether you are the win con or you need the early lead etc)
It feels a lot easier to win with a certain champ on a certain ELO. For example, in gold 4 if you soloq - winning with champs like Yasuo is hard cuz you donβt transition your lead well on the other lanes since ur roaming is kinda bad unless u ve lots of knockups in other lanes - which you wont. And honestly especially Yasuo has such a hate in this community I canβt even fathom why anyone would play that champ ever - especially without muting chat since you get flamed, pinged, raged at even if u are 20-0 legit. (so u kinda want champs that roam well)
- In platinum, the most important thing Iβve noticed is not dying mid. Since most jg players play some J4, Twitch, Warwick kind of champs that just perma roam mid I started playing Fizz/Lb - the gank DODGERS.
- Snowball the lane and then transition it elsewhere in the map
- Most of

With Victory 5 losing yet another Bo3 in China, I thought it worthy to look at who the WORST teams are in the history of professional league in the major four regions. To be eligible for this list, you must have played at least seven games in your split (shoutout to Korea Champions 2014) and have only won at MOST two or matches. With that, here are the worst teams of all time:
Rank | Split | Region | Team Name | Game Record | Match Record |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
1 | 2020 Spring | China | Victory Five | 1 - 30 | 0 - 15 |
2 | 2017 Spring | Europe | Origen | 2 - 26 | 0 - 13 |
3 | 2015 Spring | North America | Team Coast | 1 - 17 | (N/A) |
4 | 2019 Spring | Korea | Jin Air Green Wings | 3 - 35 | 1 - 17 |
5 | 2019 Summer | Korea | Jin Air Green Wings | 4 - 36 | 0 - 18 |
6 | 2016 Spring | China | Hyper Youth Gaming | 3 - 30 | 1 - 15 |
7 | 2013 Spring | China | Wayi Spider | 3 - 25 | (N/A) |
8 | 2020 Spring | Europe | Vitality | 2 - 16 | (N/A) |
9 | 2016 Summer | North America | Echo Fox | 8 - 34 | 1 - 17 |
10 | 2016 Summer | China | Saint Gaming | 9 - 30 | 1 - 15 |
In my opinion, if Victory Five get 2-0ed by VICI they indisputably keep the worst team of all time spot with what would be their impressive game record of 1-32 with their only win being over the second to last place team LNG. Let me know what y'all think and if I missed anyone. All data is from the gamepedia for each league.

I tried to cross post from r/Eyebleach but it wouldn't let me for some reason. Thought this belonged here too :)

My M1 Macbook Pro used to run league of legends so smoothly. It gave me consistent 120 fps, but now the frame is volatile around the 85-88 range. I don't know what has caused this change. When I tab out of the game and tab back in, it briefly gives me 120 fps but then it goes back down. Does anyone know what could be the issue?
Hello.
I'm thinking about upgrading from an old MacBook Pro to the new MacBook Pro M1, but also I've thinking a lot about streaming some League of Legends on Twitch. Does anyone know if it's possible to play the game and stream with OBS/streamlabs at decent framerate? 60-70 FPS its fine for me.

Chaox recently tweeted at Healthygamer twice asking if it would be possible to come onto stream and talk to Dr. K. I think there would be some interesting content here and insight to be gained since we haven't really gotten insight from a pro player in the League of Legends space before. Chaox was, and to some degree still is, a well known historical figure since he played on TSM, one of the most prestigious LoL organisations in North America. He experienced his own trials and tribulations during his career, as well as experiencing some problems related to mental health (which are unfortunately documented on his stream and can be found on Livestreamfail if you look). I hope this post makes sense. Wasn't sure if this would fit into a post or the December suggestions thread.
EDIT: I somehow forgot that IWillDominate and Dyrus have been on the stream even though those were some of my favourite interviews on the channel. I still hope there's some interest behind potentially getting Chaox on though!
R6 pro league is the first and only pro league I've ever watched, probably ever will. When I first started watching, in all honesty, I didn't like Kix. I thought he was over the top and exaggerated everything. However as I continued watching I realised he wasn't exaggerating, he wasn't over the top, he was just so god damn passionate. The more I watched, the more that passion became a part of me, until I was at home, screaming along with him as Hotandcold clutched up on bank. This man and his partnership with Interro made me fall in love with the siege pro league. At 24, he had so much love and passion for this game, I don't think it would be where it is today without him. My thoughts go out to his family, but also Interro, those in production that would know him so well behind the scenes, and the whole siege community. RIP Kix, siege will never be the same again.
Hopefully this is the right place to ask this.->
Sooo ive never been followed any league tournaments or anything but this time i started to watch LEC from start to finish and thought it was really fun.
But what happens now? Is there another tournament all of those teams will go to? or how does it work? What happend to the winner? Did they win some cash only or did they qualify to something
How do teams get to world? Or is there other tournaments for that
Thanks you for taking your time reading and answering this.
