American League Pitcher of the Week: Gerrit Cole

Does anyone already registered for the class know what the class times are for the upcoming semester? On Testudo is just says "Class time/details on ELMS". Considering registering, but not sure if it clashes with my existing classes.

Also if anybody has taken the course in previous semesters and can comment on the workload/difficulty, I'd love more info on that too.

Kim Coles: "I booked The Geena Davis Show, but they kindly let me walk so I could do an episode of Frasier. Then I booked a second episode, and I have to tell you, the experience was amazing. Kelsey Grammer was beyond kind to me, and he loved my Dr. Mary character. I knew that there were no [black people] on Frasier, but I saw that as a challenge.

"The response to Dr. Mary was incredible, so we tried to get the Frasier people to do a spinoff. This was at the time Kelsey was about to do Girlfriends, so I knew he had to be open to black women being the lead [of a show]. The writer who wrote my two episodes on Frasier even won a diversity award because before that they didn’t have anyone like me on that show! But the spinoff never happened."

Many of the people in the stories before Coles' had negative experiences on being a black actor on a majority white show, so I was expecting the worst. I was so happy to read that she was one of the few who had a positive experience!

Man, that title was long as fuck.

Anyway, because there ain't no party like a Superkick Party, I have decided to host one right here, right now. Team FG and Team Pro Wrestling are in separate groups.

SEGMENT 1: Target Practice

• Each team stands behind a boundary line and has 800 target dummies that will walk in to them. The objective is to superkick each dummy. If they hit, another target immediately goes up. Which team can clear all 800 targets the fastest?

SEGMENT 2: Superkick Shootout

• Two teams form a queue facing each other with a 4-meter gap between the two, with Chun-Li first in line facing Shawn Michaels. The mechanics are the same as a Wild West duel, only with superkicks instead of guns, but the losing side will have to field another combatant. Winner is the team that has the most members left.

• Ideally, I'll like to see picks on players who were only 1 time players!
• Some I have in mind are Mari (MvGx), Natalie (DvG), Stephanie (GI).
• Pls include more! I'm fairly new to Survivor so I have. not caught up on older seasons so I'll like to hear more!
