I mean surely the guy deserved some sort of award for this role? The show itself is criminally overlooked. And while Grillo and others are great in this but Tucker really steals the spotlight. He can be funny/scary/serious at different times but always believable and consistently awesome.
Any other Kingdom fans here?
Just finished binging all three seasons and IMO, he stole the show. He was truly amazing, he developed his character and made you feel everything he was feeling. Guy should be starring in major movies and I hope to see more of him.
Going to check out his current show, Debris and an older one City on the Hill just to see more of him.

as a result of this show which led me to Snowfall. You have to wait until season two for Tucker to do a FANTASTIC job, but the show is really good anyway. Check it out, and when you get to the scene i just watched, let me know. You’ll know when you see it.

The flashback scene with Low Key and Shadow in the prison is probably one of my favourite moments and I was incredibly hyped to find out more about him.
Jonathan Tucker as Jay Kulina is a 10/10 performance for me. I really hope we get to see him reprise this role at some point:)
I honestly believe he deserves to be rated among those character actors that make everything they're in better. Westworld, Justified, even a small role in Hannibal, he puts in incredibly offbeat, slimy performances of villains that are pure joy to watch.
I was at Menards with my son and got a notification that J Tucker sent me a message.
I was like “no fucking way, definitely a mistake”
Got out to the car, hit the video, and sure enough the dude thanked me for shouting him out on a post a few days before, and told me to tell everybody about the show. He said “Tell your friends, tell your family, we need to open the gym back up”
