Hey guys! New here, but not new to Jeep; 6th Jeep, 3rd Cherokee. Lot of Jeep people think the drastic change from the XJ killed the legendary Cherokee. I was one, until i got this. She’s as much Jeep and as much Cherokee as its predecessor. 2019 KL

Jeep Cherokee KL Stop/Start service light and rough idling
Hey everyone was hoping for some insight to a new Jeep issue I’m having. 2016 Cherokee latitude 85k miles, that suddenly has the stop/start service warning on the cluster when driving, and the A with circle around it. I was on highway so I got to destination and turned car off. When started an hour later that warning was off but check engine light was now on and rough idle when stopped could feel the jeep “shuddering” in place.
Possible related the low beam and license plate light warnings randomly going off for last few months.
The start stop issue happened first in August and it seemed battery related so I had a new battery put in and the issue went away.
I see posts mention the backup battery but not familiar with this and seems unlikely to cause the rough idle when stopped. Highway speed was fine.
Thanks I’m advance for any suggestions or anything to help me narrow this down without dealership visit.

Brand new 2018 SR5 with a blackout package done by Muller Toyota in Clinton, NJ. I previously had a 2014 Jeep Cherokee KL latitude and I couldn't be happier with the switch! Can't wait to take it trailing in the Jersey/Eastern PA region!

Homebrew Side Ladder -‘19 Jeep KL Cherokee Trailhawk.
Question: Just purchased the 2017 Jeep Cherokee KL Trailhawk. It says that putting a fuel grade 87 gasoline is sufficient enough for it to run optimally (manual says so). I was wondering if I put the higher grade (91) if it'll at all improve performance as far as fuel consumption efficiency?

Overall, car is awesome. Huge infotainment upgrade. Center screen is great. Handles well. Trunk feels bigger/wider. Early complaints: no front sensors is annoying given all the safety and tech, and software froze on me a couple times.

Just bought a project jeep Cherokee. Previous owner zip tied the ignition coil in.
Proud new Jeep owner!! I went for a 2021 Grand Cherokee, since the dealer was not asking for any "market adjustment". I felt the front grille of the 2022 model year makes it less Jeep-like, so I actually preferred a 2021. That aside, I really love this "Dark Knight".

2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited heated wheel turns off after about 2-3 seconds
Hi, has any of you had such a problem with the heated wheel? It turns off several seconds after clicking the button, same thing happens when using a remote start or when it automatically turns the heated seat and wheel. And yes, I do have the Luxury Pack II (or whatever it’s called) with the panoramic sunroof, premium speakers etc.

This is my render of what I think the current model year Jeep Cherokee should look like! It takes heavy inspiration from the XJ but I tried to make it look modern enough that it could plausibly be sold today. Please let me know what you think, feedback is always appreciated!
This Jeep Cherokee with $10,000+ of upgrades was stolen from Ballard, Seattle and stripped apart, finally ending up at a homeless camp in Portland somehow. It was a miracle that we even were able to find it in just a few days, unfortunately in this condition though…
