I feel like he 100 percent is. I'll admit I'm not huge into underground hip hop but I have listened to a lot. Ever album he has made is phenomenal. Revolutionary vol.1 and 2, the third world, the martyr are all classics. His music single handedly changed my views of the ghetto and the world. I have never listened to a rapper before and with almost every song could spend a hour researching everything he said. I put him right above r.a. the rugged man as the best underground rapper of all time Edit: yeah I just completely forgot about MF DOOM. I'm not a fan but he probably has the number 1 spot
I went to check up on Immortal Techniques Instagram during the pandemic. Dude always has good takes, so I was curious what he had to say about things. I went down the rabbit hole wondering where the Middle Passage was and eventually went to Viper Records (his record label) page and seen they posted a picture of an old white guy saying heβs the founderβ¦ I mean what is going on? Heβs always said that it was his label. Viper archived all their old posts, became a weird page promoing artists not on their roster, and are offering record deals on their site? I havenβt seen anyone else say anything, I literally made a Reddit account just to figure this out. Itβs gonna bother me for a while.
I usually see people talk a lot about varying styles of rappers from 90s but people don't seem to talk a lot about Vinnie and it ? (I was just intrigued and wanted to know what dhh boys think about them . )

I remember banging this dark skinned Gujarati girl and I was always telling her how much I loved her dark skin tones. She was embarrassed. She hated being dark. Her parents used to make her drink tons of milk because they thought it might make her turn white. Her parents were born in India and settled in the UK. I'm sure they thought that if they gave birth to children in the West, their children would be of a lighter skin tone.
In some cases this did happen, a lot of light skinned Indian Hindu folk who assimilate themselves into white culture and name their children like 'Joshua' or 'Leah;' essentially white names. Thing is, when these kids go abroad to really hot countries they'd turn really dark, like a thousand midnights but as soon as they'd return to the UK they'd be as pale as a ghost! You gotta laugh sometimes, at the whole absurdity of it.
Just had a long time friend die from COVID. One of the last conversations I had with him was about immortal technique song that I would like to hear. My friend said it goes like βwhen you have one problem you have one problem but when you have two problems you put them together and let them figure each other out.β He was a really good friend of mine. I am very sad but putting one foot in front of the next. Any help would be appreciated.
