I finally finished Gropius House 1938 in ts4 this build was tons of fun and took a good amount of time more than I'll admit. I'll be spending the rest of the weekend in my kayak resting my eyes. I'm also going to visit this place come fall when the foliage peaks! EA= Alicats327 on the gallery TS4

I visited this house recently. I'm wondering what it would cost to build today (not process-for-process and material-for-material, but a reasonable approximation given current construction methods).

Law School Housing Options (Gropius, Hastings, North)
Hi everyone!
I am a recently admitted student to the Law School and I have been looking at the different housing options for next year. I'm pretty sure that I want to stay on campus for 1L but it is hard to get a good sense of the different dorms (Gropius, Hastings, North) from the few pictures available online. If anyone who has experience living in these residences would be willing to share the pros/cons I would greatly appreciate it. In particular, I am curious whether North is worth the extra cost vs. Hastings (and Gropius).
