A list of puns related to "Golden Wind (manga)"
Hi everybody!
I'm super-interested in Jojo's bizarre adventure, I plan to shift to parts 5, 6 and 7 soon, and I wanted to know what was different from the manga/anime where Steel Ball Run, stone ocean or Golden Wind/Vento Aureo was concerned? What did the Manga/anime not show you guys? What was different? Were the characters any different from what you expected in your experience? I'm definitely curious to hear what were your experiences in those universes.
If it helps with figuring out characters, I'm especially interested in the Bucci gang and especially Mista, Giorno, Fugo and Narancia are concerned since they're my faves from part 5, but I do also like Trish and Bruno and Abbacchio.
With part 6, my faves were Jolyne, Hermes, Foo Fighters, Anasui, and especiallythe Sons of Dio (Rikiel, Ungalo and Donatello Versace,if anyone had any encounters with them).
And where part 7 is concerned, I'd like to know most about Hot Pants and Diego, but I do like Johnny and Gyro as well.

I personally think that we will get more scenes of DIO
In this chapter Gatsu and Casca have an argument .
Gatsu doesn't care for the most part but then Casca calls him a "Mad dog" . Which makes Gatsu very angry .
This is a subtle detail to the fact that Gatsu is a furry and his fursona is a Dog . A good dog ๐ .
This detail is proven true in future chapters . Stay tuned for that .
I don't think this is a spoiler anymore, but it's better to avoid trouble.
Today I finished part 5 and I loved it but that's not the point of the post.
I want to make an edit using this scene, but I can't find it at all.
Does anyone know in which episode (even the manga chapter helps) Abbacchio says something like >!"Giorno Giovanna, I have a feeling you're going to get us all killed"!<?
I'm trying to become a fan of the series. It seems so weird and interesting. I'm only on part 3 (so far I don't care for it as much as 2. It isn't as fun to me) but can I continue the series in the manga after watching Golden Wind? How big of a difference is the anime and manga? Or should I just read it all instead of continuing?

I know, I know, I should read the whole thing, and I will eventually. But right now Iโm just really invested in the story and want to know what happens next. It would be a bit anticlimactic to go back and read everything that I just saw because I just marathoned all 28 episodes in 2 days.
So as someone who recently got into JoJo, Iโm finally caught up on the anime (looking forward to Stone Ocean) and Iโm in the process of trying to buy all the manga or read what hasnโt officially been translated yet.
That all being said, I love this series, and it opens a creative spark in me. However, Iโve lurked here for a while and seen posts on various JoJo communities, and I feel like GW/Vento Aureo gets dumped on a lot. Maybe itโs me, but Iโm confused by this. Or maybe it isnโt the case at all and is just my perception. I see people say that Gio and crew arenโt as likeable as other JoJo casts and a lot of people seem to overlook Diavolo or think heโs a subpar villain.
For me though, Iโd easily put Golden Wind at the top of my rankings (which Iโll show below, and I believe there are no bad JoJo parts) simply because of the main cast being likeable, the setting, Gioโs goals, the stands, the villains, all of it. Was GW disliked by the fan base in comparison to other parts, or do I just like it more than most? There is admittedly a big stand emphasis here on my part over hamon, and from what I know of spin, Iโd put that over hamon too personally.
For me, it goes:
Golden Wind Stardust Crusaders Diamond is Unbreakable Battle Tendency Phantom Blood
Not counting SO, SBR, and JoJolion, as I havenโt read them, but the characters and abilities seem sick, with SO and SBR seeming more interesting on the surface than Jojolion to me personally.
I see a lot of love for DiU and I liked it too. It was great. The cast was great and Kira was too. But Iโm confused by it being the top choice for so many people because the stakes were lower and the series seemed liked a slice of life thing with no real stakes outside of Morioh. I did like the emphasis on stand knowledge and the arrow, but even though I like Josuke, heโs probably my second to last favorite JoJo, with Jonathan being bottom (no hate, the universe just hadnโt expanded enough and my opinion could be different had we seen more of him)
Tldr: was golden wind disliked and why? And letโs see everyoneโs JoJo rankings and why they are the way they are. I love seeing different opinions!
Side note: sorry if the rankings came out in a straight line. I typed this on mobile so my formatting may be off somewhat.
So I started the JJBA anime back in March and Iโve finally caught up to the current season. Iโm honestly not really a manga reader but I love this series a lot and wanted to start reading the Manga. Would I miss out on a lot by not starting the manga from part 1 even though Iโve already watched the anime episodes?
I've already read the manga, the bad scanlation of Part 5.
Premiere:
I literally cried. The art looked the best the David Production had ever been able to achieve. Detailed character arts, very colorful and lively background, fluid animation! Basically all the things that DiU didn't have (not sure if the BD fixed a lot of it). The directing is impressive, a lot of beautiful shots of Giorno just simply walking through the town. I love how the camera was behind him most of the time while focusing on the beautiful scenery. These shots established Giorno as shrouded in mystery as we gather more bits of information about him throughout the episode. The confrontation with Luca and Bruno were snappy and intense, perfectly paced without the longer-than-needed exposition that slowed down some of the previous parts.
The voice acting was really good. I have zero problem with the ASB cast change, this is top-notch. I only read the bad scanlation so I never had a solid grasp on Giorno's character. But the anime adaptation so far has made him a lot more charismatic and memorable than I remember. The Luca scene really nailed how Giorno isn't someone to mess with. His threats were downright intimidating. This is another testament to how good the direction has been. Though it is still possible that he will suffer from a certain character stealing the spotlight later on, but I am hopeful he will remain a strong personality.
I am aware that the first episode isn't indicative of whether the quality will remain high throughout the show's run. But damn this is a really good first impression of what is to come in October.
Context :
I have very little recollection of what happened in ใVento Aureoใ. I remember loving a few of part 5 battles. I thought Vento Aureo was good, but I was never able to fall in love with it. I had to force myself to finish because of the translation quality. I do know about ใJoJo's Colored Adventureใ version right when they finished. However, I simply refused to go back to read it. The JJCA completed some point after the ใDiU animeใ had ended, so I decided to be patient and wait for the anime to experience ใthe first timeใ all over again.
DiU was one of my favorite manga parts, but I was never really feeling the anime adaptation. It was good, but the production definitely felt rough around the edges. I am not simply talking about off-models, artwork details or animation. The directing, while very competent and impressiv
