Apparently, all they do is sing songs like Mask, go on Twitter to find people, and blow up buildings of people they don't like.

I apologise for the long message but I feel so upset by Brexit. I detest and feel horribly embarassed by the people that dare compare Brexit (no deal) to D Day or the Blitz in a vain attempt at making themselves feel brave, to compare themselves to such brave men and women.
Bet many of these spouting this nonsense were not even alive then, let alone survived it, Unless you are 80 you wont have a single memory of the war so stop pretending otherwise
It really makes me actually very angry, to be using the sacrifices of their ancestors, standing on the shoulders of much stronger, braver people as a podium to speak as if "they" have any legitimacy to their claims.
People that speak of D day like it was some glorious event, as if now and then are even nearly the same. It wasnt glorious, it was a horrific neccesity that our ancestors fought for, for a free Europe
It makes me sick. WW2, D day, the blitz all of that was fighting against nationalized racism, hate and right wing fascism all the same things that have bred Brexit into existence.
These people don't even see the irony in the words they speak because they are so manipulated by the right and those that wish to see a profit and can ride the waves of discourse that Brexit will cause that they can barely see their own hand in front of their own faces.
Those that fought and died in the world wars, against the Nazi occupation did so to create a free world, a free Europe where people can live in peace. It was an attack back against the kind of racist bigotry that this country is now descending into.
If you are the kind of person that tries to justify your racist destructive views off the backs of other braver stronger people than yourself you are nothing but a coward and a fraud.
I am ashamed that they even share my nationality, I feel more European than I do now than nationality of my birth. British/ English, it seems to mean much less now than it used to. It is just a vessel to carry speech of hate, dressed up in a fancy frock of sovereignty
The funny thing is the people that actually fought and died would probably vote remain, afterall they fought for a free Europe, not a closed off hostile one.
People who still support leaving despite the now very clear damage it is doing are more dangerous to this country than any terrorist. They are voting for their country to be weaker and their children poorer.
It is disgusting so many politicians care more about themselves than presenting the harsh truths,

In the end, it's the reality of life. I don't see how white people were going to make it through 500 more christmas holidays with the same old traditions. It's been pretty easy for children to disprove the myths of religion thanks to the internet. Culture, technology, everything changes. America is no longer what it was.
We are rethinking how people speak about our world constantly, it may last or it may not and will completely change by then anyways. Before all this, there were no people, just dinosaurs and before that the earth was changing in entirely different ways, whatever, let's just ride it out as best as we can!
