If you still use this type of WPA, this tip from Troy is genius. Pop the bottom of a dosing capsule in the glass bit and it takes up the slack, so you can't destroy your device by overtightening, it stops the weed floating about and seals the oven, and stops the screen getting clogged.

I recently got some floating plants that I am in love with! My only problem is when they start to get out of control I donโt just want to throw them out. [solved] So the other day i saw at my lfs a floating plant that kinda looked like a tumble weed, but green. It was around 5cm in diameter, growing as a big ball, but not very dense. I asked them about the name but sadly forgot. Does anyone know a plant this description fits too?

I want to get duck weed but Iโm worried about the excessive growth. So Iโve tried many other floating plants before in my tank that just didnโt work out well. I had frog bit but its roots were too long for my tank, as well as red root floaters but theyโre too light for the shrimp to graze and sink.
