I personally like the rawness of the original but on some parts I prefer elektra's
Selling for $90. Located in Chicago shipping is included in price. Argued to be the best sounding pressing of ride the lightning. Sounds phenomenal. Sleeve itself is in great shape vg+. Album has surface level wear. Nothing that you can feel with your finger but enough of it that during quiet parts of songs and between songs there is a little surface noise. Obviously during a majority of the album no surface noise is audible because of the power of the music itself. Will provide pictures before a sale just to make sure you fully understand condition. I'm selling because this is one of my favorite albums and I am too much of a perfectionist. Even if I have to spend a ridiculous ammount of money to get a near mint copy, I plan on doing so. I'm Jac Holzman, the founder of Elektra Records and the lucky guy who signed the Doors in 1966. The Doors and I have had a very close relationship for over 47 years.
