a decent video of what i am talking about starts at 1:14:36. Laprovittola steals the ball instinctually does a behind the back dribble to stay in balance, picks the ball up and then dribbles 3 times and passes it. I always thought that would be a double dribble but its never called, so i guess i just misunderstand the rule.

or am i right and, its a rule but no ones calls it?

In my school some guys are starting to use this move that looks absolutely illegal to me.

If the player with the ball has finished dribbling and caught the ball with two hands, then he can just touch the defender's hand with the ball and start dribbling again. Is it legal???

Attention all playmaking shot creator dribble gods being double teamed. I have some bad news for you.

You're not being double teamed because, "You're just so good BOIIIIII!!"

You're being doubled teamed because the other team knows you'd rather take an off balance sideways contested 3pt shot than ever even CONSIDER passing the ball. Since they know you won't pass, there's no consequence for doubling you.

With about 1:15 left in the fourth, the refs missed a double dribble by Joe Harris. Because the double dribble wasn’t called, he was able to lay it up. Even though he missed, it led to a tip-in by Kyrie to tie the game at 113-113.

With about :19 left in OT, the refs missed a travel by Harden. Because the travel wasn’t called, a foul was issued against Osman, leading to two free throws that put the Nets up 125-122.

Despite all this, the Cavs still emerged victorious. Maybe it turned out for the best that the double dribble wasn’t called, as we would have been deprived of a legendary performance by Sexton.

I’ve always been a heavily mechanical player. But for some reason lately my car feels like a brick I’ve tried everything to try and fix. New deadzone higher sensitivity settings to reduce input lag even a new controller. None worked I would have periods like this but only for like 4 days max this has been for 3 weeks. It’s really affecting my play as I relay heavily on these mechanics for my play style. Does anyone know why this could be? ( also not sure if this is the right sub sorry)
