For a small business owners in these industries, my question is what would you look for in a CRM system if you were looking to buy one today? What parts of your administrative work would you like to see automated?

Also, what are some of the main barriers keeping you from growing your revenue?

Just wanted to get hold of how customers are managed in a dynamic industry like Advertising cause being a part of a DM Agency, we do talk to larger Firms on a weekly basis but everyone has a different tool and I personally wanted to understand the reasoning behind this.
