Recently been to Savannah and obviously also tried Leopold's Ice Cream. Our tour guide (and the Leopold's Ice Cream website) stated that it was voted one of the best ice cream parlors in the world. The only source I could find was a Toronto Sun article from 2011. So who actually created the top 10 Ice Cream Parlors list and when?
