Do you guy think that Connie Maheswaran unintentionally added to Steven Universe’s trauma, stress, and guilt throughout the series in the long run? Why or why not?
What if Steven and Connie's children will be a living Kindergarten? Well, i mean, gems will grow inside them, while pulling nutrients from the kids, and because of that they will constantly want to eat. And when the children grow up and die, they will be reborn as gems.
I would have loved a filler episode where the Gems or Connie decided to have a little fun and call Steven "My Diamond" for a whole day. Things like:
Steven:"Hey Pearl. Good Morning"
Pearl:chuckles "Good Morning....My Diamond"
Connie comes in
Steven:Hey Connie.
Connie:Hey.....My Diamond. giggles
Steven:Oh come on!!!
"If I could begin to be as of what you think of me. I could do about anything."
Steven thinks she is amazing but she is only human.
"When I see the way you act. Wondering when I'm coming back. I could do about anything. I could even learn how to love like you."
Steven loves Connie and always thinks of her. He wants to protect her and she is everything to him. Steven loves everything while Connie is much more serious and less accepting.
"I always thought I might be bad. Now I'm sure that it's true. 'Cause I think your so good. And I'm nothing like you."
Connie is always tough on herself and always pushing herself to be better. Steven is the embodiment of good but she doesn't see that in herself.
"I just adore you. I wish that I knew. What makes you think I'm so special."
Connie does not understand why Steven things she is so great because he is a gem/human hybrid while she is just a human.
"If I could begin to do. Something that does right by you. I would do about anything. I would even learn how to love."
She wants to do and be what Steven thinks she can do. But she can't.
"When I see the way you look. Shaken by how long it took. I could do about anything. I could even learn how to love like you."
I believe she is referring to the freedom of all Gems and the end of the Gem War. Steven fought for so long and when he sees the happiness and look of fulfillment on his face she thinks that she can do anything. She believes she can learn to love everything and everyone as much as he does.

It was sooooooo...forced? I really appreciated the fact that they were the opposite sex and were still Best Friends. I didn’t even doubt it for a sec. But when they starting dating(?) ..I couldn’t but feel like it was not meant to be. Am I tripping cos I’m aromatic lol >_<
After watching SU vs SB I wanted to know who would win with their respective allies.

Getting to Know the Fighter: It’s a well known fact that Steven and Connie are children, obviously but they are children fighting adults for the most part. So I’m trying to go for the plucky two kids in a trench coat vibe, home alone vibe. So most of their moves would be incredibly annoying for the opponent. In the show, we see Steven and Connie combine their strengths together to fight so Steven will handle the more supernatural stuff, specials etc but not doing most of the attacks because he is depicted as a scaredy-cat who has to be pushed to fight by Connie, so she’ll handle the more technological, close range and gritty stuff. They are always, no matter what, are holding hands, how cute. Also, because of how badly Steven handles pressure, if you’re losing badly with this character some special moves will randomly refuse to work. Good luck!
Gimmicks: After combo-ing their foe for a successive time without getting hit, Steven and Connie would automatically turn into Stevonnie. Their moves would be enhanced and they’ll be faster and more polished. Some moves will change but I’ll indicate those later. This is inspired by how in the show, you and your partner have to be perfectly in-sync to fuse and it happens without you knowing or wanting it to happen at times. You’ll get knocked out of this and back to Steven and Connie if you get combo-ed yourself or you have more damage than the opponent after you turn into Stevonnie.
Movement options: Jump: Steven and Connie would be able to jump two times that would be rather floaty like Rosalina and Luma. They would be able to float in the air by holding down the jump button after the second jump, they would kick their legs fast (really adorably)
Crawl: Yes
Run: Normal Run, Normal Walk
Crouch: They enter a small bubble then crouch together. This does nothing, it's just for aesthetics.
Attacks: Jab: They have a three hit un-spammable jab that starts with Connie poking her sword forward straight ahead of her, then twist her body towards steven who is behind her so that she is facing him then poking behind herself. Steven finishes by bubbling his hand then punching forward.
Dash attack: They hold each other’s hands in a circle then spin. The beginning of the animation is a very sour spot and will only do flinching damage. The end of the animation when they extend both of their arms and legs as though they were doing jum
