Maybe Jim should just report his findings to them.

What is an average shift like for a CoLP officer, as compared say with a Met officer? What types of calls / crimes are they more likely to be dealing with? I have searched on this sub and elsewhere but understandably since it's quite a small force, there is not much info.
Bonus question: I was in Newham today and saw 20+ CoLP officers and what looked to be Public Order vans down a residential road. Why were CoLP officers operating in Newham, a Met borough?
