This suit is in regard to the 506, 339, and 918 Patents. Links to documents below.

All have the following point in the complaint- Samsung had knowledge of the ’339 Patent no later than August 2, 2021 via its access to Netlist’s patent portfolio docket.

What Netlist is asking for?

WHEREFORE, Netlist respectfully requests that this Court enter judgment in its favor ordering, finding, declaring, and/or awarding Netlist relief as follows:

A. that Samsung infringes the Patents-in-Suit;

B. all equitable relief the Court deems just and proper as a result of Samsung’s infringement;

C. an award of damages resulting from Samsung’s acts of infringement in accordance with 35 U.S.C. § 284;

D. that Samsung’s infringement of the Patents-in-Suit is willful;

E. enhanced damages pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 284;

F. that this is an exceptional case and awarding Netlist its reasonable attorneys’ fees pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 285;

G. an accounting for acts of infringement and supplemental damages, without limitation, prejudgment and post-judgment interest; and

H. such other equitable relief which may be requested and to which Netlist is entitled.

The former BHK MP Vardan Ghukasyan's son Spartak was also found and arrested. He was recently placed on the wanted list after allegedly threatening to assault cops after a resident complained that Spartak entered their backyard for a physical confrontation.

##Supreme Court issued a severe reprimand to judge in a case involving Pashinyan's daughter

Justice Ministry asked the Supreme Court to reprimand judge Zaruhi Nakhskaryan over two alleged ethic violations.

The first was about the judge rejecting a case relating to the authorities' attempt to recover a sum. The judge argued that the defendant is from Vanadzor so she (in Yerevan) can't preside over the trial. The Justice Ministry disagreed, citing the law. Today the Supreme Court sided with the judge and denied the motion to discipline.

The second was about the same judge refusing to recuse herself in Shushan Pashinyan (Premier's daughter) vs Narek Samsonyan (former regime media activist), amid bias complaints against the judge. The Supreme Court found that the judge violated ethics rules; she received a severe reprimand.

1. South Carolina Circuit Court Judge Letitia Verdin is taking over seven criminal cases involving suspended attorney Alex Murdaugh in an order signed by Supreme Court Chief Justice Don Beatty;
2. The seven cases Judge Letitia Verdin will be presiding over are the 21 alleged financial crimes Alex Murdaugh was indicted for in December. Those crimes involved allegedly stealing from clients and taking money that should have gone to his former law firm, Peters, Murdaugh, Parker, Eltzroth & Detrick, also known as PMPED;
3. The other financial crimes for which Alex Murdaugh was indicted in November will apparently continue to be handled by State Judge Clifton Newman;
4. Judge Letitia Verdin, from Greenville, is a judge from the state’s 13th Judicial Circuit, who has been a state judge since 2011;
5. She is a Furman University graduate and a 1997 graduate of the University of South Carolina Law School;
6. No one knows why Chief Justice Don Beatty appointed Judge Letitia Verdin to the latest batch of Murdaugh cases. Chief Justice Beatty did not elaborate in the court order why Judge Letitia Verdin was appointed;
